I believe that RJ is very good at covering his "tracks" online - this store, when you walk in, feels like its about to fall apart from being so unorganized, yet all of the reviews online say hes the best thing ever. Trust me, he is very deceiving and will basically tell you what you want to hear. It was unfortunate because one of my friends had a horror story from her experience there!!! I am going to post her review here: "This place is terrible. Im sure there are people who have had positive experiences here and gotten the dress of their dreams. But what happens when you have ordered your bridesmaid dress 14 weeks before the wedding, and RJ orders the wrong dress and it doesnt arrive until the week before the wedding? I called for weeks asking where my dress was and he kept saying "it will be here tomorrow," but it never turned up. FINALLY, the week before the wedding, "a dress" shows up. But he never called me to tell me. I had to call and find out that it was there. Then, I drove an hour round trip with a sitter to watch my children (who i had to pay), only to find out that it was not my dress. So RJ said "Im going to call Alfred Angelo and see what happened". He soon discovered that he had ordered the wrong dress, even though it clearly said on my $142 receipt, the number of my dress. So i had to go in for a 4th time!!! Which meant i had to find someone to watch my kids AGAIN and pay them. So by now, this dress has cost me about $500 in gas and baby sitting costs. Upset, i go in again so he can fit me into this other dress that i dont really like and it doesnt fit me. So he takes some measurements and says that it should be ready by Wednesday. The wedding is on Sunday!!! Im thinking, what if you still need to make alterations??? I told him to adjust the bust line because it was far too small and i would be falling out of the dress. He said "OK". I go in for the 5th time for my final fitting. He hadnt changed the bust line AT ALL. I asked him about it and he said "Oops, i forgot!!!!" I was fuming by this point because that meant i would have to come back again. I said, "I cannot keep coming down here!!! I have two children that i have to find someone to watch and i live 30 minutes away which is an hour round trip for me! I want a refund because this is completely unprofessional." After watching his cogs turn in his head, trying to figure out a way he could tell me that i wasnt going to get much, he said "i can give you $25 back." $25!!!!!!!!!! Are you freaking kidding me! I have spent close to $500 already because of you!!!!! He then said that the dress had been reduced from $200 odd dollars and we got them at a deal, and that the alterations cost him $42. Well boo hoo!!! I did everything right and you did everything wrong, and now you want me to feel sorry for you because you ordered the wrong dress and now you have to pay for it. RJ, you are soooooooo unprofessional. Eventually, after i practically begged for more money back, he gave me $50. Woo hoo, I feel so much better now....NOT!!!!! I will NEVER go there again and i will NEVER recommend this store. BUYER BEWARE! Oh and by the way, I got the dress 2 days before the wedding and had to go somewhere else to have it altered AGAIN because they screwed it up and it looked awful. Thanks for nothing!"

Filed a complaint with the BBB and they havent even responded. Words cannot express how awful my experience was at this establishment. The state of how they keep their store should have given me a clue not to purchase here. EVERYTHING is strewn everywhere. Its very disorganized and dirty!!! However, I wanted to order from a local store I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I went to get items for my wedding in Orlando at Disney world. At first it seemed as if the owners were going to be very helpful. I brought my fiancé in on a Saturday, which I understand is busy, the man who owns the business does the tuxedo orders and he brought me a few books and helped me pick out the right one. He wanted me to pay in cash... I went to the atm and got 500 dollars in cash for him. Big Red Flag. He wouldnt write me a receipt. He said he was too busy, and wrote some scribble on the back of a business card and told me to bring it back. Also he neglected to give me a copy of my order form. I should not have left :( but I had faith that a local business owner would stick to his word. He told my fiancé to come in for a fitting the two days before we were supposed to leave for Florida. My fiancé showed up, and no tuxes! The man said there was a shipping mixup and they would be in the next day! So LATE the next day the tuxes come in and they are WRONG! The shirt color,the vests, and they even sent him a purple LEOPARD PRINT TIE! I am a calm person but with stress from the wedding and so little time to correct the problem I was super concerned! The owner assured me that he would get the right stuff in the next day! 1 day til I board a plane! So the next day I came to get the tuxes and he had overnighted some very cheap purple tablecloth looking vests and black shirts that are so worn that the collars and sleeves were turning grey! I was in tears!!! To top it off the owner wasnt even there! His wife called him and I told him I wanted a refund. He told me that he would not give me my money back! He said he would refund the tie and vest and that I could go buy them somewhere else! The day before I leave!!! After 4pm!!!! I was heartbroken! I didnt know what to do and I didnt have another 500 dollars to spare. He told me that I could take him to court to get the money back. I left in tears. My fiancé went and got the busted terrible tuxes. He went and bought a new vest and tie :( also the shoes that they gave him were so old and cheap that they broke! His shoe was flapping at our wedding! My mothers dress was also ordered from here and was supposed to be altered. I guess they decided that bc I was already upset they didnt have to do it. So my mom walked into my wedding with a dress that was safety pinned up. The dress cost 300 dollars. In conclusion, if I could have spent the money anywhere else I would have. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.
