I went to The Bride Room looking for bridesmaid dresses with one of my bridesmaids, and I left feeling like crap. I had made an appointment and showed up on time. I was told that they were still working on their previous appointment, but to go upstairs and start looking. We went upstairs, pulled out dresses that we liked and waited another TWENTY minutes, not knowing exactly what to do, as I could see all the salespeople downstairs groveling at the feet of a bride trying on dresses. One would have thought she was a celebrity or told them that she was going to buy a 1 million dollar dress. I went downstairs and asked them what we were supposed to do now exactly, and one lady said she would make sure that no one would come upstairs and just change in the open area upstairs? She shooed us away. So, we did. Shortly after (and luckily my bridesmaid was fully dressed) the bride from downstairs came up the stairs with her entourage of people and started pulling bridesmaid dresses off of MY rack of dresses that I had picked out to try on. Well, we finished trying on dresses, and not a single person helped us, asked us if we needed anything, NOTHING. We went downstairs, and as we were about to just leave, a salesperson asked us if there was anything I liked. I told her I didnt know because I had no idea what colors any of the dresses actually came in. She handed me some swatches to look at. Needless to say, I decided to buy bridesmaid dresses from Bella Bridesmaid instead. They were much more helpful, and they have a much better selection anyway.

I LOVED my experience at The Bride Room! The collection of gowns is so gorgeous and special. The service made me feel like royalty and the boutique itself is charming and lovely. My personal experience: I was one of those brides who had a pinterest-dress in mind, but I also wanted to try on every different style just in case. That is where The Bride Room became such a blessing. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jessica who is obviously an expert (super knowledgeable with keen fashion sense). With each dress I tried on Jessica listened to my concerns and *asked me all the right questions* about how I felt in the dress. I found that to be the singular most helpful thing in making my decision. Long story short…I had been to a total of 6 stores in 2 states and the ONLY dress that made me smile in the mirror and finally feel excited I had found “the one” was my Monique Lhullier gown from The Bride Room. I am seriously so happy/thankful/grateful I made an appointment there and cannot wait to wear my dream dress at my wedding! Side note: My bridesmaids ordered their Amsale Nouvelle dresses from The Bride Room as well. My best friends live all over the country and Jessica streamlined the ordering process and made it really easy for them. I HIGHLY recommend The Bride Room to every bride to be!

I had a great experience at the Bride Room. First of all the atmosphere is wonderful, all the dresses are clean and seem to be kept well. I also loved their selection . . . they had some of the most beautiful dresses I had seen anywhere! But I didnt like how you couldnt see the prices when you were pulling dress, there was nothing marked . . . which would have swayed me to pick certain dresses to try on versus other ones. They also made it known that they do sell some samples which is good to know. Charlotte helped me and pulled dresses, and I like that she made some suggestions, especially when it comes to details or a fit that you cant really see on the hanger. I had a lovely time, and I thought that I found the "one" there, but I just couldnt justify the price. If money was no object, I would have hands down bought the dress. With all this to say, I loved my experience there, and it was my favorite place my mom and I visited while shopping for a dress. I would definitely recommend stopping at the Bride Room!

I had such an amazing experience at the Bride Room! I walked in and was instantly greeted. I showed Rachel a picture of an idea I had in mind for a dress, but I was really open to trying on anything. Rachel pulled so many gowns that she thought I would like, and she was right on! She helped me try on the different gowns, and made me feel so comfortable. I fell in love with the second gown I tried on, and she was so patient, kind, and complimentary. She even let me keep putting the second gown on after trying on others. I just went and picked up my gown, and fell in love with it all over again. I highly recommend any bride to go to the Bride Room! They were so kind and helpful and had so many beautiful gowns to choose from.

I cannot say too much about The Bride Room and the lovely ladies who work there. I purchased my wedding dress, rehearsal dinner dress, and bridal luncheon dress from them as well as all my bridesmaids dresses and the experience was spectacular. They were excellent about communicating, incredibly helpful in making decisions, and over all understood the style of my wedding and knew what would work well. They have a beautiful selection and went out of their way to bring other dresses into the store that I wanted to see. I felt like they cared about my wedding and I wasnt just being pushed through the process. If you are looking for a wedding gown in Nashville I wouldnt go anywhere else! Allison

I purchased my wedding dress at The Bride Room for my June 2016 wedding and had an amazing experience! I wasnt sure what kind of dress I wanted and the girls were incredibly helpful with narrowing down my options; I ended up choosing a dress that I may have never pulled myself but their keen eye obviously knew what would look best! I came in a couple of times to try on the dress before making my final decision and they were so flexible with my schedule which was amazing because I was planning from out of town. Working with The Bride Room was definitely a highlight of my wedding planning experience - I wish I could go back and do it all over again!

Stephanie and Amie at The Bride Room are just AMAZING. I shopped there a month ago, found some pretty dresses and shopped around until my Mom could come and see me try on my favorites. We went to The Bride Room and saw a brand new gown. It was perfect. Ordered her today, Stephanie and the entire staff were so perfect. Offering suggestions, going through the alterations. They were so accommodating regarding a complication with my payment. I loved my experience and could not be happier with my dress or the service. Not to mention, its an intimate boutique so you feel special...I have the most confidence in The Bride Room and the girls there!

I LOVED getting my wedding gown at The Bride Room! Everyone there is so friendly and I dont feel like just another Bride or a sale. The staff took time to get to know me and my fiance, how we met, how he proposed and details of the wedding. Since I wanted a non-strapless gown the designer selected already had options available to make modifications which allowed me to customize my gown to me! After going to 4 other bridal shops, I knew more what I was looking for and found my perfect dress here! Cant wait to wear it on May 20th, 2017! Highly recommend making an appointment at The Bride Room if you are shopping for your wedding gown!
