Such a waste of time. Im a first time bride and they made dress shopping a horrible experience. I went in and looked around decided to register at the front desk and try things on since it was kinda hard to see how the dresses really looked just haning on the racks. I filled out all my info on their registration form and they paired me up with a salesperson. I pointed out 2 styles that I liked a lot and told her my size so she took one off the mannequin we went to the fitting room where two men were on a ladder making repairs (the only reason I agreed to continue because they were far enough they couldnt see inside my fitting room that had a curtain as a door) well she hung the dress on the hook and told me to change...I thought she would have gotten me the under garments to try on as well and then assist me into putting on the dress...but no she didnt. So I got completly undressed and go to put on the dress that is THREE sizes to small. So since I cant go to the mirror with no bra on and a dress that doesnt go past my thighs I get my clothes back on. I hear "how are you doing" being said I finally realized she was talking to me, I thought she would have at least used my name since she had my registration form on a clip board. I told her the dress wasnt my size. She then said "oh, well did you want me to pull sizes in your size?" (I thought that that was the point of this!!!) I told her "no Im good" then I left. You would think that their would be a high level of service for such an important day as well as the price point on most of these dresses.

Bullying needs to end! Ladies! I wouldnt give Bridal Warehouse a dime! Not one red cent! Ive been to the Goodlettsville location multiply times, but I was undecided on the right gown for me. The associates are wonderful. But the manager Teresa is rude and unprofessional. The dress that I wouldve love to have wasnt a perfect fit and it would need a corset. It was a sale gown and lord forbid that I asked Teresa if the price could go any lower, but you dont know if you dont ask. As the associate was writing down the style number I spoke with the Manager Teresa again. She explained that the dress was already on sale and then said, Well you know what you gotta do (pause) Workout as she moved her arms up and down in a dumb-bell arm workout movement!" I thanked the associate for time working with me and I immediately left the store. I dont know where people in their right mind especially a manager of a business would think that its okay to say that to a customer. Yes I may have found the dress, but I most certainly will not purchase it from Bridal Warehouse. I normally dont post my complaints, but Im in tears right now. No Bride-to-be needs to hear those words come out of someones mouth; especially not a bridal store period! She doesnt know my story or what Ive been through. Im hurt and I consider myself to be a strong woman. So to any other Bride-to-Be or woman please know Your Beautiful because its a mean world we live in.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Bridal Warehouse. I saw the bad reviews before going in and thought Id chance it anyway, and now Im wondering which Bridal Warehouse all these ladies went to. It was great! When I called to make an appointment, Heather answered and was very helpful. Heather ended up being the staff member assisting during my appointment. She started with asking my price range, preferred style, and all other pertinent questions. She let me pull my own dresses from the racks, which was helpful since I already had a good idea for what I liked. We went through the dresses and Heather allowed one of my bridesmaids to help me try on the dresses since I was more comfortable with her. I found a dress I LOVE right off the rack for $250 cheaper than I found it used online. The lady who came out and told me what alterations the dress would need seemed very knowledgable. One thing I really liked is that they give a flat rate for what it would cost to make the alterations. Also, since all of their racks are off the rack, they spot clean, fix any beading or torn material for free! So I know exactly what my alterations will cost ahead of time. Huge plus for this budgeting bride. All around, I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. 5 stars for Bridal Warehouse!

Absolute worst bridal company to deal with. I ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses from the Nashville location back in April. I was told all my dresses would be in by August 10th. Well August rolled around and they never came in. So then I was told the warehouse closed for a month so everything was delayed a month and they would be here September 10th. Well September 10th rolled around and still no dresses! So I was told they are still delayed and wont be here till the 20th. Well I go to pick them up on the 20th and one is missing!! Even though they were all ordered together I was told the 5th one would be here today. Well surprise surprise it is not here!!!! My wedding is less than a month away and I still dont have all the dresses!!! The manager Diane was no help. The employees and managers will each tell you different stories just to get you off the phone. I have been lied to, given the run around, you name it. Worst part of all... They wont admit they screwed up. keep putting the blame on anything else. And to make matters worse they have done nothing to make up for the inconvenience. No discounts, no free alterations, absolutely nothing. So brides BEWARE!! DO NOT SHOP AT THE BRIDAL WAREHOUSE IN GOODLETTSVILLE TN. There are a hundred other places you can get better service and not get lied to.

I was panicking because my wedding was three months away and I did not have a dress. Most of the places I looked at simply laughed at me for not having found a dress sooner, which is not helpful at all. When I came to Bridal Warehouse I was apprehensive, I assumed with such a huge place I would get frustrated trying to find a dress. Not the case. A sales lady name Leslie was a God send. I had a photo of a dress I had been lusting after for a long time, but had not found. I showed her the picture and she said "oh, well we have that one!" I could not believe this- after calling almost every store in Nashville, Chattanooga, and Knoxville with no avail. She picked that one up, and several other styles for me to try on as well. Trying the dresses on was not terrible as I had assumed it would be, but rather enjoyable. THE dress was not in the right size, but she called in to the other stores and had them ship it to that particular store, free of charge. I was so happy I felt like I could have cried! After seeing nothing at other stores, and being mocked by other sales-people, this was an amazing experience.

I had sent to the Pink bridal show and these people were here for tuxedo rentals. The lady I talked with was nice at frist and I had got a Free tuxedo . We go to our appointment that we put a deposit down and told them that we just needed 3 tuxedos. Picked our color and everything thing and she still told us my fiancés tux was free and we had schedule his measurement appointment and viewing that same day. So I called a week before the appointment to make sure we were still on. The woman said yes and nothing more. Fast forward to the appointment day. The woman asked if this tux was the 6th one and I told her no we only needed three. Then she tells us that we are going to have to pay for his tuxedo because we only needed three. She had also changed the number of people to 6 on her copy of the recipe. She also said that I had called and changed the number when all I did was ask for the day and time of appointment. THEY WILL LIE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NO REFUD. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN USING THESE PEOPLE. Always save your recipe copies I dont even think they deserve one star.
