Our experience was not very good. We won a trip from them at a bridal show, which was nice. We ordered my husbands (the groom) suit for our wedding. It was a lot darker in the magazine, which we liked. We wanted a dark charcoal gray suit, when it arrived it was a light suit. They said the suit would be in a week before the wedding, which we thought was really close in case it needed resized. Then come to find out, its not there until the day before the wedding. The groom drives all the way up to Gallatin from Thompson Station for them to say "its not ready yet, we didnt think youd be here this early" - This early? Its the morning before the wedding. So then they say theyll have it ready in a few hours. Now I understand they need to steam it and such but that shouldve been done way before. It was still in the box. I was floored that they asked him to come back later. He has a lot of things to do the day before other than wait around. Then they had called me about a week before to see if I needed bridesmaid dresses. We got a Calvin Klein suit - and while I love CK suits, it wasnt a fun experience. His vest was also way oversized. hes a very lean man and they gave him a suit that made him look like a kid playing dress up.

The service was fantastic. I went in and immediately an employee was helping me find the best tuxedo for me. He was very accommodating, helping me try out a number of jackets, and very knowledgeable, knowing what’s the most popular at the moment. The shop itself had numerous options for every part of the tuxedo, however the show floor itself was quite small. With that said, the rest of the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the size of the place was secondary.

The fit was good, but after return, we received a call to say that the wrong tux was returned (prom). The wrong tux was given at the store. But they want you to believe that it was switched at the prom. Only my son and his date sit at their rear table, and a corsage was only worn by my son. It was told to us that each item is assigned a number. Please check all items and numbers before you leave the store.

Was a GREAT experience the staff was very friendly and the tuxedos was on point.awesome job. I meet the front manager when I came in named Jonathan he knew everything we was looking for even tho we didnt know quit ye.t Thanks for making it so easy for us, ThanksYou so much. And thanks to Mike and Christy for all your help awesome work guys.
