I cannot say enough about my experience at LuxeRedux in Indy. I lost my first wedding dress to the Alfred Angelo bankruptcy and was very reluctant to be starting the wedding dress shopping process over again. My mom stopped in on a Thursday and Jessica got us on the schedule for a last minute consultation the next day. Jessica was so incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, given our situation. She was truly a joy to work with. She made every effort to put the joy back in this experience for me and helped identify dresses that fit my vision as well as dresses to try just for fun. When I fell in love with a dress that was a little over budget, she made phone calls to bring the price down, and then stayed open late so I could try the dress on one more time before purchasing. The boutique in Indy is off the beaten path and was so relaxing. We were the only people in the store and never felt rushed or pressured into purchasing a gown. I would highly recommend Indy brides put LuxeRedux on their list of places to check out!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was at LUXEredux Bridal Indianapolis! The boutique itself is beautiful, light, and dreamy - exactly the environment I had pictured finding my wedding dress in. We had the boutique to ourselves, which was a fabulous surprise! Even if we had not been the only ones in the store, there are two separate sitting areas so we would have had plenty of privacy. Our consultant Jessica was phenomenal! Not only was she helpful, she was also sweet and genuinely cared about making my day special. Other touches that made our experience great: large dressing rooms, freedom to pull dresses we liked, chocolate, water bottles, music of our choice, and a bottle of champagne to toast saying "yes" to my dress! I HIGHLY recommend LUXEredux Bridal Boutique to any bride looking for her dress in the Indianapolis area!

This review is for the Luxe in a Box service that this boutique offers. My experience with Luxe in a Box was amazing. It’s like Rent the Runway, but with wedding dresses. The whole process was completely seamless. I looked on their website and submitted a form with the three dresses I wanted to try, which were then immediately mailed to me. I invited some of my girlfriends over to my apartment, and we made a night of it. I was able to buy the exact dress that I wanted while saving over $1500 because they stock samples. By far, the best part of using Luxe in a Box was working with Jessica - she was so friendly and helpful. I felt like she was truly excited to help me pick out my dream wedding dress and I loved working with her. I highly recommend this Luxe in a Box!

I absolutely loved Luxeredux Bridal in Indianapolis! They had just opened and had a great selection of dresses. Not only were they professional but they made you feel extremely comfortable with the whole process. It was a very nice environment and a personalized experience. Megan helped us and really took her time understanding what I was looking for. Would recommend to any bride!

This place seems to have all of the sample dresses that designers use for events or other stores, and marks them down according to how much damage and wear they have. This means the dresses are hit or miss, but the service there was wonderful! They truly cared about us and made sure that the bride had everything she needed and they even let us bring in mimosas to celebrate!

LUXEREDUX was my first and last stop. It only took me 20 minutes to find my dream dress. I got a Hayley paige dress and I absolutely love it. I had no idea finding a wedding dress could be so easy. The lady that helped me was extremely nice. Definitely the experience I was hoping for. Thank you again for all the help! I cant wait to be in my dress for the big day !

The whole LUXEredux team was fantastic! They sent my dress from Columbus to Indianapolis for me! When I went in to schedule an appointment, they knew me by name!
