Went here to buy some freeze dried blood worms for my Venus Fly trap. As I entered the store I was intercepted by a employee asking if I needed help finding anything, but being the strong headed person I am I told her "No thank you,I know what I am looking for." I then wondered the store for about 5 minutes before finding the blood worms. I should have asked, that was on me. So I checked out and the cashier was very nice. Overall I wasnt in the building that long, but it seemed clean and well kept. Would recommend to a friend.

Terrible service. If your debit or credit card doesnt swipe,good luck buying anything there. I used my debit card several times today and evidently customer service has gone by the wayside and they are unable to manually enter your card. Gotta love technology, but sorry I dont believe that. May be the last time I ever go back. Thank you for not helping.

Very helpful staff, kind to the animals, and mostly knowledgeable about the food and items sold there. Helped me pick out cat food, since I was switching to grain free,and they knew their products and even helped me with a coupon discount that I didnt know about that they had. Love this store.

My go-to spot for pet supplies. They email me coupons monthly which they accept from my phone and will price match other stores. Sales people are fairly knowledgeable about animal care and definitely helpful!

The selection is good and the prices are mostly fair. Bird food can be expensive, but I think thats just a thing everywhere now. The staff are mostly friendly and there are animals to play with
