I love this Petco. As someone who has 2 cats and a large dog, I do quite a bit of spending on pet supplies at Petco. So this Petco treats me like family. They are kind, courteous and considerate. They allow me to bring back bag of cat food after bag of cat food because i cant get my super stubborn and extremely picky cats to eat ANYTHING (no matter how expensive)! Now THATS good customer service. They also give great advise when it comes to questions about your pets and their health and eating habits. I have had numerous betta fish die on me for reasons beyond my control, but when Im in the middle of it, trying desperately to save them, these Petco employees are there to test the fishs water and to spend time with me discussing what might be wrong with him. I love love this place

I have to say I did not like this Petco. My friend and I just wanted to look at some fish so we walked over. And right as we got there we noticed that there were many dead, decomposing fish in the tanks. But not only that, we looked into one tank that looked like it only had one fish in it. As we looked down we saw that A FISH WAS STUCK IN THE FILTER. I quickly asked a sales associate to help get it out, and she responded, "it likes to hang out there". Excuse me but fish do not HANG OUT STUCK IN A FILTER. And yes, it was very alive and swimming with all its might trying to get out. So no I did not have a good experience there and neither did that fish.

Hope In Its Purest Form

I loved these ferrets today but completely baffled by the fact that there were 8 ferrets in that small encloser (that i have seen in every petco) and we had to remind them that there was no food. Once they got food (Also a food that causes digestive problems in ferrets) all the ferrets looked starving as they all went to the food bowl as fast as possible, hopping ontop of eachother to get it. I fell in love with a ferret but probably wont get it since the ferret probably already is having digestive damage from the food and would not live long... Please help these animals, please.

I have been taking my 6 year old jack russell to this Petco for grooming for over 5 years. I called to make an appointment today and out of the blue Im informed that they can no longer groom him. Its ironic how for years I was told that he was such a hilarious dog, but now all of a sudden Im told he is to hyper to groom, he does not like being there, he tries to bite when getting his nails cut, and needs to be sedated in order to groom.

Sick and very malnourished pets sold here. Be aware before you go to a chain place. Were still getting our little guy back to normal. They know nothing about any pets they sell and when ask questions they say to google it. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Jeff and Mike who were both managers who I spoke to. Not only were they both rude but not helpful at all.

Chantel is amazing with my Pomeranian. The only issue I have with Petco, is that no one ever answers the phone. It becomes extremely frustrating to spend an entire day (sometimes 2) trying to just book an appointment. There are many other grooming salons and I dont believe I would have this issue anywhere else..... Maybe it is time to venture out and try one of those places.

I went to petco today to pick some stuff for my fish tank since other places did not seem too helpful. Paul was extremely help and very nice and helped me get everything I needed as well as Beatrice. I was very happy with this place and even though its much farther then most pet stores around my area, I would definitely go here again. Thanks again.

This is the best place every to buy youre pet they have really great prices I got 5 fish for 25 $ and 1 hamster for 15 $ OMG right that is a really good price I love Petco every pet I buy Petco is where Im going one guy that worked there was really nice and very VERY smart my sister fell in love with him LOL his hair cut was cute as well

OK so number one they should not be responsible for owning and selling any type of pets when I went there there where German shepherds in little tiny cages the reptiles and birds and most neglected things I have ever seen there cages are filthy most of them have disorders or illnesses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING THERE ADVICE.!!!!!!

This PetCo seems to be understaffed. Twice in the last month there is only one cashier. When the line gets 10 people deep and the lone cashier no one came to help. I went to ask for help and another employee told me they heard her but that they were "busy". Customers should not have to wait in line 15-20 minutes to check out.

Butchered my yorkie haircut twice now. Will not go back. I understand things happen, dog wiggles, loud environment, overbooked and in a hurry. But the woman did not seem in a good mood and it definitely showed in the haircut this time. Odessa petco has always done a good job though.

I use this Petco for the Grooming service. They charge 45/visit, which is very reasonable. They do some really good and stylish work, and are super helpful. Melanie is great. Shes very knowledgeable, talented and efficient.

I love this store. We worked with their trainer Justice, hes extremely knowledgeable, friendly and really cares about the dogs he works with! The whole staff has gotten in on helping with training in one way or another!

Not such a large place that I wasnt able to get in and out without having to search for what I needed. Location is conveniently in a large plaza. Staff is helpful.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The fish section has really gone downhill in the last year and a half. The isles are always crowded with products.
