We have taken our dogs there 3-4 times. They do okay grooming, but not blown away. The last time we took them was our last straw. The groomer was rude to my Mom that picked our dogs up and WE WILL NOT BE BACK. She was having trouble taking all dogs to the car at once so she wanted to take 2 then come back for the last one. The lady said she had to pay in full before she took any dogs out of the building. My Mom had to rush back to the car and get her card then make another trip in to get the dogs again. Another thing we dont like is they dont walk them to use the bathroom while there unless they act like they need to go! They are sometimes there most of the day and I am sure they have to go. We have called before to see a time frame that they might be done and were snapped at. The only reason we would call to ask is if we were in the area...not to rush them! We have found another groomer that is worth a longer drive..It is a shame...Pets Plus is very close to us.

I just got my guinea pig about a week ago. The staff was very knowledgeable. The store had everything we need. I bought a home, food and other accessories. The prices are very affordable and I do believe more so then the big chain places. . I also feel that they aren’t pushy like the big chains, I have never felt pressured to buy anything as well. The staff has been more than friendly. I have called several times freaking out about little things and no matter how minor the issue was there they were there to help. I love going here because they are small business and give you one on one attention. The locations is also great too.

For peoples they good! I get a treat when Im good and not sign anything. My parents find allz mise stuff here, and my stupidz cat sisters stuff too. My udder brodder the rabbit thing came from here. Hes good cause he annoyz my sister da cat. Somtimes I even getz to smell strange things there like desert minx, dog of the prairie that arent even dogs, or even guini hogs but theyre not pigz. Im not allowed to lick them though! Even though I cant lick them, I give it four pawz up! Thanx you blonde lady and bearded man for mize stuff!

Great local pet store with standard supplies, plus some hard-to-find lines of food. Their pricing often beats online prices and their convenience is unbeatable for the north Palmetto, Ellenton, Parrish area. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they offer grooming in the store. Youll also find a nice selection of fish, reptiles and small mammals. Pets Plus is in a Publix strip, so you can grab groceries for you and for your pet in one visit!

Its the small things about this small store that make them so great. The small brand dog foods that are healthier, the cheaper price on feeder fish for my turtle, their selection of critters and theyre amazing selection of fish. I have never had a bad experience going in, and sometimes just go to play with the animals. Doesnt matter the reason, everyone is nice when you come in. By far my favorite pet store.

I have two large dogs and a bearded dragon. Pets Plus always has everything I need in stock (mostly holistic dog food, treats, and crickets) . The staff is super friendly, and they will even keep the doors open past closing time if there are people running a bit late. The grooming service associated with pets plus is also fantastic. Our rhodesian ridgeback loves having her spa day there.

Pets Plus is by far the best pet store I have ever dealt with. I have received the best advice from the staff who are very knowledgable about all types of animals. I have spent a lot of time in that store speaking with staff members and they have made me feel very comfortable with the advice they have given me, the products, and even the pets. The store I visit is the one in Parrish.

What a wonderful place! The groomer says after I fetched my two dogs, "I really like your dogs! Please bring them back." Every single employee was super friendly, very honest and always willing and able to assist. Its 25 minutes away from me but after todays experience, my babies will from now on go to PetsPlus for grooming! Thank you for the wonderfule people hired there!

I moved to Parrish in May and have had my dog groomed twice at Pets Plus and buy my dog supplies there. The grooming is great, people at the store friendly and helpful. They helped me pick the correct food after my Vet told me the change my dogs diet. I will be shopping there in the future for all my pet needs.

Pets Plus+ is a fantastic pet shop. They have a wide selection of food, toys, and treats and the staff are extremely helpful and courteous. We used to go to the big brand stores to get our German Shepherd his food and toys but have found Pets Plus+ to be a better alternative. You wont be disappointed.

always great customer service, any questions about the different dog foods; they are readily answered. able to get free samples on some products to let our dogs try the food and if after buying a bag of dog food able to return it if our animals dont care for it. will continue to shop at pets plus.

I go to Pets plus for all my pets needs and I have alot of them. We have a dog,a rabbit,frogs and fish. The staff is very knowledgeable and wiling to answer any and all questions I might have that day. I highly recommend Pets Plus to all my friends and family. They are the best!

Great pet store. We switched our dog over to wheat free a few months ago and they were very helpful with suggestions, brand information, etc. They are helpful every time we go in (chews, leashes, etc). Great neighborhood store.
