RANT!!! Just went to Pet Supermarket bought my grand puppy some dog treats took them to my daughters, fed a few to Simba, poured them in a container and flying bugs are everywhere, I take them back to the store, I wait in line I walked to the counter the girl behind the counter says "oh dont tell me" I said oh you know about this?" she said "yes" I said "why are the boxes still on the shelves?" she said "because we checked the other boxes" I said "how they are sealed?" I said "I need to speak to a manager" she gets the manager, manager comes up I said "why are these boxes on the shelves when you knew they were infested with bugs?" she said "oh those are so and so bugs and theyre in your cereal and other foods" I said "they are NOT in my cereal I dont know where you buy your food but they are not in my cereal or food" I walked out of the store after a refund, walked back in to tell them they better pull them from the shelves now and I will be back in the morning to check and the manager Jennifer was talking about me to the other customers in the line. After being in customer service for many yrs I found this to be extremely unprofessional for a MGR at that.

I come here at least once every two weeks to buy food for my dogs. I use Natural Balance, which you can only get at pet stores. This one is close to my home and always has very helpful and friendly staff. They love my dogs and usually always ask before petting or giving them treats. The only reason I dont give them 5 is because one time a staff member gave my dog a treat without asking me first, and without knowing my dog. She was just trying to be friendly, but she couldnt have known if my dog had allergies or whatever else.

Bought a pig ear there which completely locked itself onto my dogs bleeding jaw. Called the store.. The mgr refused to come to the phone.. Later determined this was Danielle.. Monica, who took my call, advised me they would not be able to help in any way.. No vet available, no direction and no manager. I was at the mercy of a sales clerk. Ive spent thousands of dollars at this chain but this will be the last.

This place sucks its the worst pet store the manager does nothing but text on here phone and the employees dont know what there talking about they cant even tell me what dog food is even good and this petsupermarket is never busy i know they will not be making there sales its so slow and this place will be closing next year

I like the employees here unlike walmart they know what they are doing and what they are selling, this pet supermarket and the one at East Bradenton or awesome, Manatees Ave not so much. I recommend this one or east manatee.

The fish I bought died pretty quick. They replaced them once and after they died again I just went to another store. Tested my water and everything was fine so no clue why but the new fish are good.
