Horrible customer service. I was in this store today for less than a minute and was treated horribly by an associate who told me they didnt carry accessories for my phone because they "hadnt sold that phone for over a year". I told him I purchased the phone in that store this year, and asked if other locations might carry what I was looking for. His very odd response to this was, "I have no exceptions for you." and he walked away. Rude and weird. Wont be using Boost mobile ever again.

Love the place.... They always answer my questions.... Even if they arent service related. Always so cheerful and patient.... Very patient..... Every time I buy a new device.... I try the demos ask for literature on the devices.... Ask them about device returns.... Customer satisfaction..... And google everything lol....

Great monthly price, seems to have several free phone offers threwout the year, only thing i do not like is their phones r only warranted for 7 days. Ive been with them since nov of last year and never been over billed or had problems with my samsung phone wich i got for free
