I was pushed into getting the unlimited plan even though I told them I didnt want it nor would I use it. They said I would be credited the first month to see what my usage was. After I didnt see the credit, I called the store during business hours. No one answered or called me back after leaving a message. I spoke to t-mobiles customer service a couple of days later and was told me there was nothing in their notes about crediting it even though the store rep wrote "look for $79.08 credit" on my copy. Although the store is incapable of using a telephone, the t-mobile customer service was nice and was reasonable in resolving the issue and I ended up paying for the plan I originally wanted.

Friendly staff, small location, can get busy. The location is small and can get a little busy, but is usually not busy. Not many go to the mall to go to T-Mobile.

The people here are normally pretty helpful. I have had one issue where a lady forgot something and I had to drive back up to the store. Otherwise, good store.
