The employees dont know what they are talking about. Im paying on devices I turned into them for an upgrade because they gave me wrong information. The manager refused to be of any help and I was basically told I have to pay on the devices even though they are no longer in my possesion. Secondly, a plan change was made regarding my Hotspot and I was told you could stream off your TV and it wouldnt count against your gigs. Which is more false information. I just got off the phone with customer service and apparently, that only works on tablets, phones, and computers. Wish this store would take the time to better train their employees. Been with tmobile almost 10 yes and Im now looking for a different provider.

I received excellent customer service at this location and had a very personalized experience. Employee Christian helped me resolve my problem and provided a microcell product to boost cell signal at my residence which completely solved my problem! Christian has first hand experience with the product and accurately described its advantages and function with great professionalism. I cannot recall the other employees who assisted me but I also received excellent service at a previous visit when a employee helped me transition to my brand new phone the Oneplus Two. I highly recommend this location and its staff for their services.

I came in with a broken iPhone to do a warranty on a Thursday and was told that the replacement would be in the next day or Monday at the latest. Phone didnt get there till tuesday, not a big deal but when the "kid" on the phone told me everything is good to go I drove up there to find out that the manager screwed something up and I would have to continue to wait. Next day rolls around and guess what same story. I had to call T-Mobile support to get anything done cause they could figure it out. These people working here have ZERO want to help people. T-Mobile will be loosing customers because of this store.

chris is by far the best employee at this location - so generous, very patient, completely understanding, and the most helpful. i played cat and mouse with seven or eight other t mobile locations before i finally reached chris, here in rockwall. all he needs is a managerial promotion. thank you, chris. i wish i knew your full name so i could address you properly. you deserve nothing less.

I love T Mobile. Best service and I have used them all. This location was good the few times Ive stopped in. The five stars have really more to do with the company. I try not to deal with the store directly, but when I have, they have provided me with great service.

There were three male employees and two customers in the store when I arrived. One employee was serving a customer the other two were just idling around and seemed like they didnt want to be there. The serving employee eventually got to me and answered my questions.

We stopped in to JUMP to a new phone. Javier was so patient, knowledgeable, and friendly! The new supervisor Jacquelyn was a huge help helping me get a handle on the LGG4 interface. What a great team they have at this store! Well definitely be back!
