This store totally misrepresented Metros phone service. They told me all new activation was $50.00 for the first month no matter what service you want and charged me accordingly. They also activated "added features" telling me it was included, it wasnt, it was an additional $8.00. They put a charm on the phone and told me it was included, guess what, they charged me $11.99. The cashier also put a blue tooth in my bag and charged me $29.99. I would recommend you use any other authorized dealer, just NOT THIS ONE!!

This was an outstanding visit for cell phones. The salesperson was very knowledgeable in the products and very helpful in suggestions of new cell phones. They assisted my wife at changing from Sprint to Metro PCS and she was very happy therefore Im happy.

I dont know WHY I keep dealing with this Store!!!! Always a nightmare!!! Im using someone else s tablet because these people DO NOT KNOW HOW TO ACTIVATE A PHONE!!! Never again! I called them 50 times from 1pm to 3pm They never ANSWERED!!! NEVER AGAIN!

The young lady who serviced us was very friendly and efficient. My daughter and I were in and out in about 30 minutes. This is my daughters first experience and she loved. If my daughter is happy, then so am I.
