Only giving 1 Star because there isnt an 0 option. Everyone note --- We moved over to Cricket (I know I know - they are part of AT&T) and are saving about $40 a month for 5 phones We had been AT&T customers since Cingular and AT&T merged - around 2004. We changed our plan a few months ago to the Mobile Share plan. We were told by this store that we were no longer obligated via our old plan when we changed to Mobile Share. Note: We had 4 phones on both plans. When Cricket announced it would be running on the AT&T LTE network, we went to AT&T to try to find out if we could get any better rates. We were again told again that we were no under contract and could quit AT&T at any time, but no better rates were to be had at AT&T. We moved over to Cricket and are saving about $40 a month for 5 phones. Then we get our final AT&T bill that shows us owing over $200 for 2 phones that were purchased in early 2013. We CAN NOT find anywhere in previous bills that shows that we still are under contract for 2 phones. We called AT&T billing and are told that we have to go back to the store work with them. At the AT&T store my wife, who is a Software Test Engineer, was told that it isnt AT&Ts fault that she is not smart enough to understand our contract. She asks them to show her where on our bill does it show we are still under contract. They refuse, tell us it is not their problem. They say its written somewhere in the small print. But again they do not care because we are no longer customers, would not let her talk to a Manager and then dismiss my wife . We had purchased multiple phones and other services at this Store Front. But we will never set foot again in this store and after being AT&T customers for over 10 years - This is how we are treated by customer service.

What did I like about it? that they try to be nice and walk you to the door on your way out. I wish these people can know what they are selling and how to treat people. I had service with them for 2 days and I regret that! They try to sell you everything (of course, thats what they do) but they dont think about clients needs. I sopke with 5 different people in 2 days, trying to figure it out a way to have my iphone ready. The 3rd time I was in the store, when I left, I tried to make a phone call and notice that I had No Service, so I went back to the store and the rep there "forgot" to activate my phone. The manager Anthony is the wrost, I asked about international calls and this guy said is only $5 extra unlimited ( and he promised nothing extra $) he even said that his wifes fa b ily is from Mexico City and that is what they pay every month to talk to them. Which I think is ridiculous because of the company, it is just so expensive. So I accepted but when I got home I called Customer Service on the phone and they said it was $5 just for the service but I also needed to pay for every minute I called Mexico (makes more sense) so I went back to the store for the 6th time to fibally cancel everything. The manager again, was very rude and said thar he was doing me a favor and he was going beyong what he was supposed to be doing and that because he was so "nice" he was not going to cancel my number so I can activate with MetroPcs, my previous company, and my surprise was that I had to get a new number because of course At&t messed up again. I cant compare Metro with this service, it was a nightmare.

Went in to get my phone fixed. This company being att would not listen at all. First they said the battery was no good in my phone even when I told them that was not true. They made me wait and sent me a new battery even after when they tested my phone with a new battery in the store and the phone still did not work..Once I got the "new" battery of course that did not work and now my phone is a few days out of warranty and they wont help me at all. I went back and they were like we cant do anything for you because you are now outside your 1 year warranty. It was only a few days because they made me wait for a new battery. I spoke to the store "MANAGER" and he was like nope we are not going to fix your phone. Did you purchase the att insurance. Once he found out I did not he was like oh sorry no help for you. You can call att customer care and " hope" they will help you. I called and they did nothing. I contacted Samsung and they were like omg your phone is under warranty you can send it in for service or bring it to our location in plano and we will fix it. Sure enough I show up at Samsung and they fix it in like 30 mins or less. I am so Happy that SAMSUNG fixed it. Having this experience I will be sure to cancel my att service once I am out of contract. Dear att because of your crappy customer service I am going to go to Verizon Wireless for their better coverage or Sprint for their Unlimited DATA. Have a good day.

Upgraded my 75 year old mother to an iphone. After spending about 2 hours in the store trying to get her current account situated on-line so that she could upgrade her 10 year old phone, because my disabled father was the primary name on the account, we finally get her upgraded. A day after we walk out of the store we find that the phone is defective and will not charge properly. She goes to store, and they tell her the only thing she can do is to go all the way to North Park to the Apple Store to get it fixed. She leaves flustered. I call the store saying certainly since you gave us a defective phone, you can just exchange it. The person I talked to says yes, sorry just have her bring phone back. She goes back and is told the same thing again and they refuse to exchange and said the person I talked to should have never said that. At this point she is extremely flustered and leaves again. I call them back again and ask to speak to the manager. I am left on hold for 30 min. before I finally hang up. I attempt to continue to call back and they will not answer the phone. It will not be pretty when I go up there this evening. They have absolutely 0 customer service. Avoid this store at all cost!!!

Every time Ive been to this store in the past year, its been absolutely horrible, ie, insane multi-HOUR wait times, giving way higher prices than the website states, refusing to make changes that affect their stores bottom line and telling you to call support instead, etc. BUT, my most recent couple of trips were pretty good. Got in and out in a few minutes, they had the brand new LG Watch Sport in stock the day of release, paid cash for it, walked out. However, I noticed an issue that would not allow my phone to setup the LTE services of the watch (ATT issue, not phone or store), so I went back in the next day to cancel. They, again like all the times before, started telling me they couldnt cancel it in store and I needed to call. But my rep from the previous day came over and said she would assist with that call in store. She called the ATT line, explained to them what was happening, handed the phone to me for some personal details, took the phone back and completed the call for me. THATS way better service. So Im bumping this store from 1 star up to 3, purely on the service of this one employee, the reduced wait times, and having stock of a release day item.
