Best customer service?!, not!. If you dont have limited time and want to hang around waiting your time, I waited in line and hour plus time to exchange just to pick up a warranty exchange! Simply ridiculous!, four people employees two customers on desks and five plus wairing!, some people waiting out tired of wairinh! it was my second time trying to exchange that same phone! Simply ridiculous @, Jorge the manager, socialize too much wasting customers time, and making wait longer... so upset!!!!!.

Great store. I trashed my old phone the other day and when I went in to replace it got some great customer service. I was helped by Rosie who is smart sweet and got me exactly what I asked for in a phone right away. Even the manager Tim came over and checked on me while I was there. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes completely satisfied. Tomorrow Im taking my wife to this store for her new upgrade!

Alright everyone listen up. Lol. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Esmeralda, Kevin, & Jenny at the Mesquite Galloway location. There was a mess up.... BUT they fixed it & not only made it right, on the spot, but did extra. They took care of us that day & they were fantastic. Customer care goes out to them for sure!!!! Thank you guys so much for going above & beyond for me and my fiance.

Soon as My family walked in the employees ignored us and acted like they didnt want to help us. Tried to sell me a new phone when the phone I have is under warranty. The employee looked and acted like she was on drugs, didnt know what she was talking about and confused everything. With all that being said, I Still dont have a working phone. I wouldnt recommend T-Mobile to anyone.

I stopped in here with my family to switch plans and everyone was incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. We got confused with some wrong information that caused us some headaches, but when we contacted the store they very willing to make it right and make up for the confusion. I feel like they definitely helped us out and Id definitely go back here again.

Very disappointed due to dishonesty of management (Omar). Will not ever use this store again. Just a note to anyone using this store, make sure if they tell you something verbally, you also get it in writing. Horrible customer service!! I give them a half star rating.
