I came in this store because I had a horrible experience with a dealer in mesquite inside the mall. I didnt know the difference between a corporate store and a dealer so trying to get my issue resolved I stopped to several stores and no one was able to help me. One of the stores finally sent me to this store. They immediately greeted me and asked me how they were able to help. After multiple attempts to get some help I finally came to the right spot. I was about to leave Metro and switch to AT&T but the staff was extremely courteous and were able to take care of my needs. I spoke to the store manager Sandra and I told her what my issue was and I could tell that she was going out of her way to help me. If you want to find a location to take care of you I would definitely recommend this MetroPCS corporate store. Dont go to the little franchise because all they want to do is sell you stuff then send you to corporate for everything else. Im glad that MetroPCS has some corporate stores here in Dallas were they train their staff. Clean store Friendly staff Plenty of people work here.

Ive been with Metro for years. I went to the corporate store on Broadway in Garland to get the unlock codes for my FOUR phones because Ive decided to switch to T-Mobile (who apparently bought out Metro -- but no Metro phones work with T-mobile YET. I dealt with "Maria" (Im not required to give you my last name). Not ONCE did she smile. Told me it would take THREE days to get my unlock code for two of my phones because theyre new. Asked to speak to the manager "Cynthia" who is busy with a customer. What am I, chopped liver? After 20 mins, Cynthia finally came over and very professionally explained to me about their ridiculous policy. It could actually take SEVEN days to get my unlock code. Never addressed her RUDE employee, who has no business in customer service. Bye-bye Metro. THIS is ONE of the reasons youre losing this customer. Metro does not CARE about their customers obviously.

This store is by far the worst corporate store that I have been to. The people here are very unprofessional, they dont know what they are doing, they are slow and very rude and they dont help you out at all. They make you wait for a long time and they dont bother to try to help you out in any way. They need to get rid of everyone in that store starting with the so called manager Cynthia. She is worthless, no help and she doesnt know anything about management skills. They need more professional people there.

Dont have their services any longer, but they always are very helpful here at this location. I never went to the smaller locations because they really didnt know what they were doing. This corporate store is very helpful and friendly. They do have a sign in process now and it can sometimes take 30 mins to be called. Depending on the time you go. I went during the day around 11am and didnt wait at all.

This place is nice and neat and the staff are fast and efficient. Gustavo was the person who helped me on my visit and even though it seemed like my phone couldnt be fixed, he persevered and refused to give up till he fixed the problem on my phone and Im grateful.

The phone number given is not the store number but the "MyMetro" number, which no one ever wants to use, especially when needing to talk to a "person" which is impossible on "MyMetro"! Please only publish the correct info!
