Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced. I arrived at the store and there were no customers and 4 sales associates. Excellent. I should be in and out. The associate approached us to ask what he could help us with while heavily engaged in a conversation with his coworkers about Asian food. We told him we were having an issue with the phone and he looked the account up on the computer, all the while commenting on his love for spicy chicken. Cool. Ive enjoyed myself some spicy chicken. Maybe once he pulls my account up, he will commit to helping me. He confirms the issue and advises me to call customer service, which is exactly what I expected him to supply. Well, my phone was not working so he tells me to call on my sisters phone. Doesnt offer to help at all. I ask if he can please call and sort it out with his employer as I assume that he knows more about cellular service than I, as it is not my profession. He states that he will "be there the whole time" and continues his dinner conversation. I ask again if he can help and he scoffs and again tells me to call myself. Why would I be in the store if this could be sorted out on the phone? I ended up turning heel and came to another local store and was able to be properly assisted. Dont go here unless you want the digs on the best spicy chicken in the area. They wont help you with your cellular needs.

Worst at&t store Ive been to, people where rude, didnt install the proper apps and contacts on my new phone, I asked for a everything to be set back the way my account was and return the new phone, just so I could go elsewhere and purchase it again and was told I couldnt, so I had to wait there for them to do whatever it was they where doing, ( more concerned about personal phone than my phone purchase) dont recommend this place... worst customer service on phone when you call the store and in person

I was seen almost immediately upon entering the store. I met an associate named Angelica that basically radiated positive energy. She helped me with the requests that I had and was very patient with me even though the requests were pretty time consuming. I plan on upgrading my phone soon and will definitely be going in to see her when I do. Very happy with the customer service at this location.
