Absolute worst customer service Ive ever received. I have purchased 4 phones from this particular store and never had a problem until today. Bought a new iPhone 5S from them 2 weeks ago and were told that we could return it to exchange it for the phone we really wanted because they were out of stock at that time. Fast forward to today, time to exchange. They have it in stock but the 14 day rule doesnt apply because they said the 14th day was yesterday. Never been late on a bill and have purchased 4 phones, even upgraded this one early for an extra $250 and they still werent willing to help at all. I guess Saturday plus 2 Saturdays isnt the same as 2 weeks. Called AT&T corporate and they even had a corporate manager call this crap store and were told, in a wonderful customer service way, that they (the store) werent affiliated with AT&T and they didnt have to abide by their rules and to top it off, they didnt even have to answer the phone call from AT&T. Such a courteous group of people at this store. Terrible customer service and I will be driving the extra miles to Mesquite now for my AT&T needs instead of this place. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Calling the manager doesnt help, not sure the owner would be any different because this is a 3rd party store and they follow their own rules. BTW, you can get better deals by going to an ACTUAL AT&T store, not one of these franchised pieces of crap. Not that it will matter, but they have lost 1 customer. AT&T did us a solid and not only are going to replace the phone with the one we want, but arent going to charge any fees at all and Ill get the new phone in the mail. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would like to say that this store is the best!! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the store manager, Jesus Gomez. Great customer service, he answered all questions. He also helped me transfer all my info to my new phone, lord knows I would have taken forever to do it. Jesus also explained everything I needed to know about my new phone! I can honestly say this store has Improved 100% since Jesus took over and became store manager. His employees are very respectful and very well trained, thanks to him I might add. Definitely wonderful experience and would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new phone or needing information. These guys know wat theyre doing and really take thier jobs seriously.

Told me my first bill would be $140 to $145 when I got my bill it was $197.....They had added charges on top of charges that was not discussed with me at all....I had made sure I told them I wanted to know EVERTHING I would be charged for so there were no surprises. Once they found out that I was so upset they started all kinds of excuses, so I just took everything back and then they charged a huge restocking fee for the Ipad and phone .....I had paid $184 for some items up front and I only got back $90.00.....Just saying BUYER BE WARE . They are real nice till you sign on the dotted line and that 14 day return policy will cost you a lot. I think there should be a law suite or some way of stopping them

Sometimes you want to save time driving to the store and just call to find out their operation hours but they just wont answer. I have also Been inside the store and ther service is very poor
