ATTN: OWNER Im a new customer as of November 2015, As a customer this location isnt the best Ive experienced... Even attempting to get ahold of an employee at the store via phone is poor quality service. Every time I pass by they do not seem to appear busy so I dont understand the reason they forward the call or simply dont answer it and let it ring. Id greatly appreciate it this problem would get solved. Switching phone companies to metro pcs, was the wrong idea. This location ruined my experience for metro pcs.

We got on MetroPCS over a year and a half ago now. We are very satisfied with our phones and for three of every month, its $75.00 period! Good service staff, very helpful...99% of them. Ive only had one girl that didnt know what she was talking about, went back the next day, new girl was able to help me with upgrading my phone in a matter of a few minutes. I HIGHLY Recommend MetroPCS in Forney.

Fair prices for fair cell phones. If you need one quick and dont want to spend big bucks, this is a good place. There operatives are friendly and helpful, but not for difficult problems. You must solve them yourself
