Literally the WORST cricket I have ever experienced!! First of all it was around 4pm and their open sign was not on so we were unsure as to if they were open or not. My friend and I walked in and nobody greeted but instead the staff just stared at us. Did not ask what we needed today or anything so WE had to come start the conversation first and let them know. I figured that this store would be be excellent since it just opened and its in the Rockwall area. But I was so livid about the staff that never again will I come to this cricket. A lady came in behind us but she waited a bit at the door as she was waiting for her children when one of the employees said "cmon lady you can do it the door is right there" which makes me wonder what little smart ass comment they said when my friend and I arrived. I honestly feel like the crickets in other areas (garland, balch springs, etc..) ones that I have previously gone to before are WAY better than this location and actually look presentable for their job. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CRICKET TO ANYONE!!! POOR SERVICE!!

This is a good cell provider as a company but with this store I have had nothing but complaints firstly trying to buy a case and them just laughing when they didnt have any and then the two woman that work there never want to do their job they are so lazy they never comply at all I literally called the store to ask if my payment went through and gave me some bs that they couldnt check since I wasnt there so I said alright and decided to call another cricket store the one in Rowlett they said they didnt know why they couldnt and gave me all the information needed now I know what store Im using from now on.

If I had the option to rate it zero stars I would. I bought a phone a 200$ phone and it would not charge and was crap. When I brought it back they made me pay for a restocking fee of 35$. To exchange it for a new phone. Lady was rude! I have been in retail and manage a territory of stores and I would never employee a person like that.

Had a bad experience with "the manager" Tanya, who did not have a great amount of knowledge about what I needed. She was very rude, did not know how to explain herself and is rude even with her staff. If you go talk to someone else other than her.

The worst store employees Gilda, Juan and Oscar do not help and the manager does not know what she doing I prefer to go to another cricket ,I work for cricket and that customer service it not good you need knowledge

Customer service at this location was terrific. Tonya was very patient with me and had all the answer to my questions. It was a quick process also! Got in and got out with a new phone. Id definitely reccomend.

Staff is rude. They gave extremely confusing information. They were friendly at first, but later became aggressive. On the bright side, I walked out with a new iPhone 7.
