If I could give more stars I would!! Outstanding customer care that went above and beyond what I expected of them. (Forgive me if I get the names wrong) Jeff and Jarod were both excellent in their jobs and knowledge! I came in with my 2010 Ford Edge that had recently been abused by my kids and had been neglected over the years. Jeff and I talked, and he guaranteed I would have my car cleaner than I would imagine before they closed. The total interior job took approx. 2 hours, but I could have never accomplished the same in 6-24 hours. AMAZING results. I cannot give these guys enough credit as the entire crew there was amazing. If youre in the Rockwall area, do not hesitate to go to these guys first. Hacienda refused to see me before 3:30 and these guys rose to the occasion. Hats off to em! Thanks guys! Ill most definitely return!

This is the best car toys I have ever visited! The whole crew they have there is so informative they told me all the information I needed to know about a few speakers and subs! Chep helped me work out financing and figuring out how I can pay for it all and insured me that if I had any problems that with the install it does come with a warenty so I didnt have to worry. They helped me pick the one that suited me best and got it all installed and put together nice and neat I didnt even know they had done any work cus there was no scratches on the interior or any scuffs on anything! When I got in my car after they had finished the work and I was was so amazed how clean and crisp the sound was so thank everyone who worked on my car i very much impressed and happy with what they did!

Really people? The guys who work their are just average "sales people". I didnt appreciate the way they ran things. Very unorganized, they said they could start a basic install on my car in 30 min. I left and came back an hour later to find out they hadnt started it yet. I had to stand over them for the next 20 minutes before they started on it, in which when they pulled it around they drove it entirely too fast for a parking lot. After they got it in it took another 30 minutes for the basic install. The only thing keeping me from giving them one star instead of two is the fact that the new head unit does appear to be installed well. Will not be returning to a Car Toys locations, I will prefer any single-owner audio shop over Car Toys.

Went to get my speakers replaced due to an insurance claim, because someone stole the crossovers and they did me right here at car toys! I am disabled and they made me so comfortable and made the transaction painless. Fixed me right up. They even found a way to tether my wheelchair lift! This is a huge deal for me! They are very creative! They got my speakers screaming!!!! The dude with the big earring holes knows his stuff and the management inside are so nice. They did try to up sell and i get it, but they were not pressuring like some places! They even pulled out a chair for me while they worked and treated me like a friend instead of just a customer. Best car toys experience ever!

I only gave one star, because there wasnt an option for negative stars ...Very deceptive advertising practices ! Purchased a Groupon for a car detail which in the FinePrint ends up being only interior car detail… The Groupon says retail value $180, discounted down to $89, and in the store they are advertised price for inside and out is only $119??? They dont even offer a $180 package, so basically they just jacked up the retail price so there really isnt a 51% discount ! BUYER BeWARE!!! On top of being misled,I was told five hours for service, and show up after six hours to be told its going to be another hour!!! Not a great way to gain new customers !

Spent 1400.00 in this store on two phones...my phone came with a bad charger...when I went there to see if they would replace it....they told me to contact the manufacturer...lol. do not shop here. Place will rip you off!! Theyre very happy to take your money initially,..but when you come back with problems,..suddenly,..its not their problem anymore! They can sell someone almost 2K worth of electronics,..but when you need your charger replaced,...guess what?,..."They dont have a new one for you!",...UnFrigginBelieveable!....ok,.im done. This place sucks loads!

Had a great experience at this particular Car Toys. Jared our sales person was super friendly and knowledgeable and Ernie, the one who installed our system, was amazing! He completed a complicated install and made sure we were completely satisfied. Had to go back for some minor adjustments and each time, Ernie fixed the issue and made us feel like our satisfaction was his number one priority. Car Toys is lucky to have both of them. Have been to other Car Toys and by far this one is the best! Would highly recommend them.

They even drove me to a restaurant for lunch while they worked on my car radio. If I ever have another issue with my radio I will drive the extra miles just to go here. I went to get my stereo installed and had a very, very helpful staff make sure I got exactly what I wanted, they went above and beyond what they had to do. Nick, Jared, Dillon.. and everyone else that was involved behind the scenes doing the install for my dream stereo system, I say: Thank you, thank you for puting up with my indecisions to make sure that I got what I wanted.

WOW, exceptional customer service!! We purchased 2 iPhones and my dads truck was detailed; we couldnt have asked for friendlier service! Jeff and Chet took great care of us! I HIGHLY recommend the Rockwall Car Toys for mobile phones, auto electronics, and auto detailing as you will leave there a very happy customer.

Went in to get a backup camera. Left the store with a new stereo system, speakers and back up camera. Our salesman Nick was awesome. He was knowledgeable and took the time to suggest several different systems. Installation was done that day, and within 4 hrs. Great experience. Well be back.

Called them at 1:45 to see if they could put a 6.5in pioneer touch screen in a 05 chevy Colorado drove straight there (35mins) went in got everything we wanted and the truck was in the shop in less than 10 mins and we got in the truck to leave at 3:05. it looks great and works perfectly.

Several other places told me that a double din radio could not fit in my vehicle. I went to this cartoys and purchased a double din and they got it in very quick, great quality install and no issues whatsoever, highly recommend this cartoys location!

BUYER BEWARE! Fake sales. Mark up the radios just before they offer "free installation". Lots of turnover with a staff that has no idea what their products do or cost. Total time waste. Use LJs car audio in Rockwall instead.
