After I cracked my iPhone screen to the point that it was hard to see, and was jumpy, I took it to iPhone Repair Rowlett. They fixed it and it is now working perfectly, no problems! They also charged 25% less than other iPhone repair shops I was considering, so it was a very good deal. I was hesitant to get my iPhone repaired, because I had tried a different repair store when I broke a previous iPhone. They charged me a lot of money and my screen was still jumpy when they "fixed" it. But I am not having any problems after using iPhone Repair Rowlett, so I would highly recommend using them if you are hesitant about getting your phone screen fixed! They also assured me that if I happened to have any problems after repair, I could bring my phone back and they would continue working on it until it was completely fixed. Loved the service and love being able to use my phone again.

I have spent most of my morning trying to find someone in the Rockwall area to fix my broken iphone 6splus screen that I cracked last night. After calling several other business with rude people and astronomical prices I finally called iPhone Repair Rowlett/Rockwall. They had the best customer service told me they could have me in and out in no time if I gave them a heads up that I was coming. He even suggested I could check out the other local business while I was waiting. We I told him that my main concern was not being able to make and receive call because of my lively hood he even said he could give me a loaner phone while I waited so I could still work. I went to this repair shop twice once for my phone I phone 6+ for my daughters phone iPhone 5c and my husbands phone Samsung galaxy note 4. Hassan was completely awesome .he has the best customer service ever he was able to find the issue with my daughters iPhone 5c when another repair shop informed me that the phone cannot be repaired at all. Hassan took his time to find the issue and a resolution. He delivers this amazing service along with the best customer service skills Ive ever seen . I recommend anyone to go to this repair shop they will receive a breath of fresh air dealing with Hassans customer service and his skills to resolve technical issues with the devices.

Really bad customer service! I took my iPhone 6 to get the glass digitizer replaced, after 5 days it started coming off, I call the store to get it fixed under their 30 day warranty and the guy who owns the place keeps giving me the run around, first he said he didnt have the part, then he told me to go all the way to Plano to have it replaced then I went to his shop today for another guy thats there to tell me he cant fix iPhone 6s and Id have to come back another day! Safe to say this place cant repair a phone correctly, and on top of that dont stand behind any warranty or refund!! Beware of this place if you plan to fix your phone, run somewhere else!!...

Ive been having issues with my phone such as sudden restarts and black screens upon sudden movement ever since I dropped it, when I got it to be looked at they told me to check back in a few hours. When I came back they told me that they took everything apart and found no issues, so they put it back together and didnt charge me for dismantling it. They said that if my phone suddenly has issues again, then theyll replace a few things to see if itll fix it. The service here is very friendly and understanding, so if my phone starts messing up again then I definitely will head back to this place.

Azar is AMAZING! Stand up guy, great work, fast and the price cannot be beat! He definitely takes care of his customers. I had a screen replaced on my daughters iPhone 5c, and he informed me it needed a new LCD screen as well but didnt put me in the poor house! Walked out in less than 30 minutes with a working phone again, new glass screen protector and 2 cases for a damn good price! I will NEVER go to anyone else for repairs. Definitely worth the drive.

He was very cheap. But when I got the phone back. The screen was popping out. He tried blaming it on another shop who had replaced the screen before. But the other guy actually fixed it correctly. This guy here in rowlett screwed the phone up to the point where Im listening to music itll stop if I push the screen back in its place. I wouldnt go to him ever again. Rather spend the money instead of going back to him

Walked in and was greeted with a smile! I needed my I Phone 6 S screen fixed and was also looking for another case for my phone. The repair was 79.00 and only an hour wait. I was also looking for a better case and the gentlemen that was waiting on me said the case I had was a really good one and didnt just try and sell me something else. I give this iPhone Repair Shop a 5!!

Definitely will come back if any other issued arise with out phones. Very quick service, the guy was very nice when I called, and then texted me the address and information. I came in thinking I needed a charging port and battery replacement. He fixed the port but instead of taking the opportunity to make extra money with the battery replacement he adjusted a few things on my phone so that I wouldnt have to do that. The service was great and the man was polite. I repaired the screen and replaced the battery of my iPhone 6s Plus all for $149 I even got a tempered glass screen protector for my phone. At Apple the full replacement wouldve been around $250 so I saved myself $100 and still got quality service.

Great prices and even better customer service. I completely destroyed my phone and he had it fixed in 20 minutes. Its been about a month and the bottom half of my screen wouldnt work at all and he got it working in no time. I will never go anywhere but here.

I had my iPhone 7 broken screen fixed here in 40 minutes. Price is competitive with other places but the main difference is customer service, owner was very friendly. I even had a free tempered glass installed. I highly recommend this place!!!
