I am AT&T customer, but wanted to try metro for my kids, so I didnt think it was necessary to spend much on their phone service. I went to this store and open service few months ago, customer service was amazing. I went today (1/11/17) because my son broke his phone. The young girl who helped me, super nice it I guess she was new and they have who she said it was the manager training I imagine, shes the most ARROGANT AND RUDE person Ive ever seen. I noticed talking very loud to another customer and the employee helping him the same way she talked to us. Being an AT&T customer since cell phones were invented, I had no idea how the procedures were at metro if you broke your phone and she thought I should have known their rules I guess. I simply wanted to know how to replace my 11 years old phone and find out the cheaper way to do it since he was using his christmas money to pay for it, that was it. Ill NEVER go back to that store!!
