Because unlike other phone services I have used or incountered over the decades this Carrier is meeting my every need at a better price but in the service itself, but the best thing I love about this in particular store is the staff is working there these people go above and way beyond their status and pay grade to make damn sure all your needs and questions are met and answered to your satisfaction and you feel like you have treated like a valued customer and a human in itself and not a burden.

I dont like this place. Went you go to the one in West Dallas, on Singleton, then ladies. They laughed at you. U can not ask them nothing because they laughed at u.
