Hands down the best staff at any T-mobile store Ive been to, and Ive been to many in different cities. I had problems with my account due to the Samsung Note 7 recall. The other Tmobile stores I had gone to previously werent competent in dealing with this issue and they messed up my account but I understand mistakes happen. Although it was not their fault at all, Marie reached out to me and invited me to her store so she and her team can fix my issues. Everyone I have had the pleasure to work with (Oliver, Lydia, Mayra, Monique) went above and beyond to ensure I am taken care of. They restored my faith in Tmobile and customer service. It is a 30 minute drive for me but I will always come to this store whether I need a new phone or service upgrade. They have made a life-long customer in me!

Upon entering, I noted the muddy tracks throughout the store even though it hasnt rained in a week. I cant imagine what this place must be like during incliment weather. The smudges from peoples hands and faces on the glass were indicative of the managements lack of managing shiftless employees. As soon as we told an employee that we were there to cancel service, she passed us off to another employee. This other employee was actually a salesperson and wanted nothing to do with us either, and also passed us off to someone else. Several decades later, we were finally able to have the service cancelled. Buh-bye T-Mobile

Straight up shysters, I bought two phones and switched my old service to theirs they said I qualified for a free tablet. The guy quoted us like $125 for the service. So we took our phones and free new tablet. I came back a week later bc I received a text message that the total monthly bill would be $160? I was like hu? Well they let you have the tablet free but you have to buy warranty and the Internet service for the tablet. Not to mention a few hidden fees they never tell you about. Also the wait time is 3+ hrs, so take the day off if you plan to go there. I wouldnt go back nor would I recommend them.

I just went to pay the phones and the lady that was checking people in skipped me . That made me mad because it was packed and i came in before the other people. I was in front of the door and the other people were behind me.

Who knows when the new Samsung galaxy s7 edge will come because i wanted the silver one and they didnt have anymore but other than that their service is really good like when theres a lot of people they still get to u quick

They are slow. I have to stand around for. 20 to 30 mins to make a damn payment. 4 people one takes the payments and the other sell. Costomer service before your commission.
