Walked in a beautiful January afternoon(about 55*, Sunny) into the store where customers were there before me. Sitting down behind the counter was a heavy set hispanic young lady in her mid twenties. She greeted me with a half-smile, "what can I do for you?" she asked casually. I said I wanted to switch family plans from AT&T to T-Mobile for the right price. I told her my present payment($200.00 a month) and she did her calculations on the computer what T-mobile would charge. It came out to about $80.00 cheaper per month. The catch was i could not keep my AT&T phones(two smart phones and a regular cell) when I switche over. Instead I had to by their phones at full retail and have it added to my monthly payment. I dont mind as long as their was not a 2-year contract to be signed and their wasnt. The lady was very patient with me in answering all my questions even as customers started coming ing and her baby started kicking in her stomach(shes pregnant). She said I needed to come back with the old phones to get credit for them so I will be back Saturday. Only thing Im worried about is the reputation for dropped calls at T-mobile, but she assured me theyve gotten "better". Hell, when you think about it, Americas worse cell phone service companies are still better than the best cell companies of most other countries, so I can complain too much. Ill take my chances.

If you can help it absolutely DO NOT go to this store! Every time I go to this T-mobile store the employees add on several services we dont want or need. Our bill increased by $60 the last time I went in. It was supposed to be just a phone trade-in upgrade and was a $3 difference in monthly price from the old one. At first when I saw the next months bill I thought they charged me for the upgrade but no they added $40 worth of extra services and apparently never sent my traded in phone in to corporate so I had to keep paying the old one until it got there. This was the 3rd time something like this has happened to me with all 3 times being a different employee helping me out. So its a store issue not an employee. This time was just the most drastic increase so I decided to warn others. This is not a corporate store so I would recommend going to one of those. Corporate stores nearby are the ones in Cedar Hill on Pleasant Run and Grand Prairie off South 360 and Camp Wisdom.

I wish they had a (-)negative star, that is what I would rate this store. I have been a T Mobile Customer for more than 10 years and the level of customer service they offer at the store is just ridiculous. They need to have training classes for the store employees. The wait is always long at this location, they need to hire more experienced sales rep and should care about the concerns of their customers. I am really about 5 minutes from switching to Sprint or Verizon. I am beginning to despise T Mobile store level and phone reps are horrible.

Worst T-Mobile store I have ever been to. Employees are listening to music on their own speakers or have headphones on. Not helpful at all. Not a family friendly store as employees use foul language without discretion. Will be calling corporate about this experience.

This place is pitiful at best, guy made me wait 20 minutes, brings out the wrong phone, then when he does bring the phone, he tells me I can only pay with cash. Do not come here fam.
