*WARNING*: Most of the reviews on this page are ***FALSE***. This company ripped me off, DO NOT take you phone to get repaired by this shop. They charged me close to $200, and left my phone in worse shape than when brought in. Apart from that, they took out my battery and replaced it with one of their own, and when I called them to let them know, they responded with, "oh yeah we get so many phones a day its hard to keep track." ***I NOW HAVE HAD TO BUY A WHOLE NEW PHONE.*** I Learned my lesson, which is why im writing this review so others will take heed and choose elsewhere. I have never written a review about anything, this is my first, so please believe me when I say that this store ripped me off completely. Dont fall for their scams. ***In response to owners comment below on review*** My phone had water damage, yes. I decided to take my phone into your store because you offer "Water damage repair." I took the phone apart to see what the problem was before taking it into your shop because, well, anyone with half a mind can fix an iPhone. You kept my phone over night to "assess" the damage and charged me $50. I came back in the next day and, of course you reply, "we couldnt find the damage." Now im out $50, and still dont have a working phone. I decide to let your store fix it, now im out another $200. After further review of my phone, it turns out you guys EXCHANGED my BATTERY with an off brand that wouldnt even last an hour, you EXCHANGED my camera, which didnt function correctly, and you KEPT EVEN THE SCREWS used in fixing the phone. I am only trying to help customers looking for a reputable shop for repairs. If you dont want to be charged an arm and a leg, all you have to do is a youtube search on replacing parts on an iphone, order them and DIY. Dont go to this shop to get your phone fixed, I am now being harassed by these guys whom have called me non stop for the last two months telling me to take off my negative review. WELL, SIR, THATS WHAT REVIEWS ARE FOR RIGHT? DONT GO HERE.

If I could give them 6-stars, I would. Yes, they fixed my phone - on-time, prompt, courteous, and professional (in what is arguably a kind of low-rent service business with a low barrier to entry and lots of potential for abuse.) But what really set these guys apart was their willingness to fix a problem that even I recognize is arguably not their fault. I have a Nexus 4 and if you google "nexus 4 proximity sensor", you will find a large number of complaints that after repairing this phone, the proximity sensor doesnt work and causes a host of bad problems. So, I was nervous - and I talked to a bunch of shops who basically said either it doesnt happen, or if it does happen, you are on your own (because I cant prove the phone works currently, why should they be liable for the problem?) I talked to these guys over the phone and they assured me that (A) they were not aware of the problem (B) if the problem happened, they would take care of it and their warranty would cover it. Long story short, my phone was repaired in the hour promised, and unfortunately, the proximity sensor didnt work... They didnt frown, challenge me, nothing but a smile and reassurances that hed make it right... It took the afternoon - but four hours later he called and reported it was fixed. Sure enough, when I got there the phone worked exactly as it should. I can hardly tell the phone has been repaired and couldnt be happier. Great customer service is really evident when things go wrong and how they get resolved. I wont take my phone anywhere else. Cost varies with the phone model so call first. But Id recommend these guys to anyone.

After dropping my phone and breaking the screen, I called around to probably 15 different repair centers. CELL PHONE REPAIR is the only one that didnt set off warning bells when I spoke with them, one of few that had the parts in stock, and the only one that would promise the work would be completed within an hour. In addition to the good pre-sales, they also have excellent after-sales support. After dropping my phone off, they fixed the screen within an hour. Because Im usually either in the car or using speaker, I didnt notice immediately that the handset speaker wasnt working. I called them back, they agreed to look at the phone, agreed there was a problem, and ordered the part from overseas at their expense. They then repaired the speaker within 45 minutes or so after dropping off. Of course, I had to be the one case where there was an additional problem, and quickly turned into a pain for them when I found that after replacing the handset speaker that my battery life took a nosedive (from ~24 hours to ~2). I called them once again, they told me to come in, they quickly looked at the phone and said the battery was bad and replaced it as well at their cost. I highly recommend CELL PHONE REPAIR for your business. The cost was marginally higher than most of the other places I called, but the pre- and post-sales support easily warrants it.

I was really worried about the bad reviews, but after going in I find it very hard to believe these guys would rip anybody off. Theyre life savers! I brought in my S7 edge after the screen was shattered and the display had stopped working. The guy behind the counter, Saraj, was very friendly and helpful and assured me that theyd make it good as new. He offered me a pre-paid phone to tide me over until the repair was done and didnt make me pay until the repair was done! A week later I got a call and my phone looked like it come straight from the factory! I had been expecting an off brand screen or the glass to feel cheaper, but I can say that they used a quality replacements and even made sure that the the phone was still waterproof! I typically do my own phone repairs and was hesitant to hand the work over to somebody I didnt know, but they did a much better job and used much nicer parts than I ever could! Plus they only laughed at me a little when I ran to my car to scavenge for quarters to pay the tax I forgot about lol Really cool place! Quality service and nice technicians and while my phone was little pricey to fix because of the phone itself, other friends who have gone in have bragged about the low prices! Im recommending it to everyone!

These guys are highly skilled technicians. My Samsung Galaxy S4 stopped powering on, and indications were that it was likely a motherboard issue. I took it to 3 other so-called nice reputable cellphone repair shops, who said the motherboard is cooked and that I may as well just replace the phone. The last repair shop recommended I contact an official Samsung repair shop out in Allen, but after reading the horrible reviews for that place, I decided to give these guys a shot. I called ahead, and they were very friendly knowledgeable and understood over the phone what was probably the issue. They not only assured me they could likely repair the phone, but that it could be done fairly quickly. Within half an hour of taking in the phone, they were able to diagnose the faulty node on the motherboard, sauder in a working part, and fix the issue. The phone powered on like new and has been working great ever since. They are very reasonably priced, and provided friendly, fast, and quality service. Its amazing to me that all of the other shops with so-called certified technicians felt the situation was hopeless, yet these guys fixed it not time. Great work guys!
