Ive bought several products from this store. If youre looking for a good minority business to support, youll gain your trust here. They sale cell phones, accessories and more, all for a very affordable price. You will not find top of the line products at a better rate. Ive recommended many friends and family to Cell Phone City and theyve had great feedback. This is important because its challenging to find small businesses that take care of all clients the same each transaction.

I will have to say I had a BAD experience with Mr Kenneth first off he is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL he opens when he feel like it instead of being there during business hours. He doesnt really know what he is doing he has messed up my phone and someone I know very well.. so I wouldnt recommend anyone go there.. from 0-10 I will give Kenneth a 1.. Cell Phone City gets a thumbs down from me.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I usually have good service from cellphone city and had also recommended my friend to the shop but that has changed. I have been trying to get in contact with someone for over a month. I went by the store 3 times, no one is ever there, Ive called and left messages as the recording says to do. No response to my voicemails or texts. Ive sent messages on fb, no response.

If I could put zero stars I would. This place purposely took my phone apart ( iPhone 6 +) last years model, they left all the screws inside my phone loose. I could hear the screws move inside phone. They offered me $100 after telling me that it was trash... my friend opened the phone up & put the screws back on & the phone works like new now... I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!

They were closing when I called and the owner stayed open until I got there. I needed a new phone and owner worked with me. I love my new Samsung. I asked some questions about what I could do with it. They answered all my questions. I will be coming back to buy another phone for my girlfriend. Thanks Guy!

I took my iPhone to them to be unlocked, they told me 3-5 business days... Its been a month since I paid for this service and my phone has not been unlocked yet. Noone answers the phone nor is anyone ever at the store but took my money without a problem I wouldnt recommend Noone to come here
