Took forever to get helped. The woman I spoke to was very rude. I was told I would get a temporary phone in 3 days and then a new replacement for my phone in ten days. Its been ten days and never have gotten a temp phone or a new replacement phone. I am ticked. Going in there and gonna raise hell. I am going to get results or I am going up the chain to the corporate office. The most worthless representation of METRO PCS corporate store they could ever have. It would pay to drive to another corporate store and not waste your time here.

Lazy workers never have the equipment needed for insurance replacement phone no help on find the right store to go to so u dont have to run around town the worst dont take out insurance cause the only gonna give u a phone that been took apart an put back together an you could have bought a new one cause the replacement is gonna give you even more trouble so u paying for another problem

You literally have to call this stores number one hundred times for them to answer. I interviewed with this MetroPCS about 3 weeks ago, & did awesome! I was supposed to receive a call back from the manager along time ago, & still havent gotten a call or email! Such a waste of time & energy!

The fat ginger haired employee yall have is a worthless no customer service having bastard. Staff gives false information for insurance claims, slobby, and lazy. This location has made me seek other means of cell phone service.
