Nuclear Stunting

Technician my ass, took my pc for repair. They claimed it was the motherboard with a dead microchip. Asked for 70 bucks just for troubleshooting that took ages. But after taking it to the motherboards company (Gigabyte) their technicians found zero problems under various configurations. I will be arriving home after vacation and demanding the refund for shipping, special alcohol, anti static wrist bands, special cloth, packaging etc and the 70 bucks. I suggest for anyone wanting absolutely anything to be fixed to completely ignore this store. It was also sketchy as the guy who attended me had no idea about the pc. He claimed he couldnt give anymore information because he wasnt the technician. Also the man showed zero interest in the pc, and had an attitude.

Its like a brand new phone! My iPhone 6 had a crack for several months before it finally shattered. Tiny pieces of glass were coming out of the screen. Repair Republic fixed my screen fast, and even added a screen protector. Initially when I got my phone back, the Touch ID wasnt working. Thats the fingerprint reader that unlocks your phone, logs into apps, and authorizes payments. Leo told me to bring it right back in and he fixed it up perfectly. Now its like a new phone! Im very pleased with their prompt and successful service, and the pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend Repair Republic! UPDATE September 2016: I used them again and had another great service! Fantastic customer service, great value. I strongly recommend them!

I am so glad I took my tablet to, Repair Republic to fix my shattered screen. The price was very shockingly reasonable. I called one place and they wanted $237 to replace the screen. I called Repair Republic and spoke with Leo, and asked him the cost to replace my screen and he said $89 + tax. Leo the manager and his staff, were so friendly. He had to order my screen and Leo told me it will be ready in two to three days, and it was ready in two days. My tablet looked brand new again. Thank you Leo so much. I highly recommend Repair Republic for your electronics repair needs. Theyre reasonably priced, friendly and get the job done when they say it will be done. I am definitely a satisfied customer.

I ventured into Repair Republic this afternoon for a cracked camera screen on my Samsung Galaxy 5. Leo and his very knowledgeable staff were able to fix my problem as well as diagnose camera issue from cracks; going above and beyond before completing the job they were also able to replace my camera too! I highly recommend this place for your go to for any repair on any of your electronic devices! I do recommend this place to get your phone fixed. HOWEVER do not purchase a phone using the progressive leasing. First of all the initial payment paid to progressive leasing of a hundred and something dollars does not go towards the purchasing of the phone. Secondly, if you dont pay off the phone within the first 90 days the interest kicks in and you end up paying wayyyyyy more than the phone is worth. Your better off just going to Apple or Best Buy to trade in and buy your phone.

I went in with a Note 4 that kept on freezing up on me, I literally had to pull my battery out and put it back in to get it to restart. I even purchased a new battery hoping it would fix the problem, with no success. The gentleman at Repair Republic was the most helpful and had my phone running like new in less than 5 minuets!! Whats even more amazing is that he did not charge me a dime!! I am definitely referring my friends and family to this place. Very impressed :-)

I took my phone in because the charging port would no longer charge. I first took it to CPR cellphone repair in Uptown. Not only were they not able to fix it, they charged me on top of it. I located Repair Republic the same day. They listened to what I was describing to them, and didnt give me a lie of "oh we can fix that" without first opening my phone to make sure they could fix it. They fixed the issue in under two days and my phone is working splendidly.

This is the best repair place I have ever been to. I took a cracked screen laptop and phone to get fixed after I heard my coworker talk about it. I was amazed by their speed and friendly service! Once I walked into the door, I was greeted and was assured I will be taken care of shortly. I am also impressed of the variety of products and services they provide. Amazing! My sons phone LCD broke while we were in Dallas for a few days and I called around and they were the most reasonable. They had the phone ready same day and the young man at the front desk, black framed glasses, didnt catch his name :/ was sweet and courteous. I will definitely be driving from Rowlett all the way here to get my phones repaired when needed.

Great group of people here! Cracked my screen on my phone and they were able to accommodate me same day! I had one minor issue with the speaker from the fall and Leo fixed it with no problem. Nice hidden place to get your phone, tablets, and computers fixed! They even sell phones there as well. Glad I found them! Highly recommend!

Great customer service and communication throughout the process. Although they werent able to repair it (and not their fault; thats how water damage usually goes), they were able to diagnose the exact issue and save me money on process of elimination. Will recommend these guys to anyone with mobile or pc-related repair issues.

My Dell laptop was dead as a door nail and another repair shop said to mail it back to Dell for repair. I did not want to do that so I took it to Repair Republic Saturday at noon, and it was repaired and back in my hands within 24 hours. They know what they are doing and the price was very fair. Give them a try.

Excellent service and honest brokers; rather than commence with the repair I thought required they instead diagnosed a component failure on motherboard which would total the iPad to address. Getting great service at no charge is sadly rare today but these guys are an outpost of better over billable.
