Have been there twice, first time I "inconvenienced" a girl behind the counter by asking her to call another store to see if they had the phone I was looking for. The store was completely empty and when I asked her if another store had it she said "No other store had it" I then asked if she could please check and low and behold another store had it. Second time I went in, I need to resolve a warrantee problem, customer service had spelled my name wrong on the account and Moe would not let me make any changes or provide any help, so I went to another store, they fixed my name on the account and provided excellent customer service. These visits were roughly 2 weeks and three months ago. Skip this store and go to the one on 3040 if possible.

I switched from AT&T 6 months ago. While occasionally {such as in Mexico) the coverage isnt as good, overall Im very happy with it. And the staff at this location is always helpful and never pushy with the extra stuff. It can be a very busy store, but to me the difference in price {literally half} is worth it.

I love T-mobile. On big plus for me is that they let me use my unlimited data and text in other countries without charging me any extra fees.

Its okay, but takes forever. Minimal inventory and knowledgeable staff is hit and miss.
