Exceptional service and customer focused! Sometimes, you gently knock your Galaxy Note 5 off a counter, and the LCD screens cracks internally. I consulted with several other companies and vendors, because I needed to get some pictures and videos from my phone, but I couldnt unlock the screen, as it had basically stopped working. Because this portion of the phone is so expensive, for a Note5 its about $250 - $300 and thats just for the screen (doesnt include what others were charging for installation, etc.), I knew that I should just file with insurance and throw out the old phone, but I felt like I was throwing out memories. I kept asking various phone techs if they could just install a screen for a moment so that I could just back the phone up quickly, but most everyone refused. Felipe and his co-worker saw how upset I was, so they offered to bring a screen in, install it, and let me back up my phone at the office. I was only charged for the installation which was a small cost compared to the memories I was going to lose. After I backed the phone up, they re-installed the old screen, and I was able to send back the old one once insurance provided my new one. They patiently worked and communicated with me frequently, and I saw how they interacted with various other customers with a wide range of tech/phone related issues. I seriously feel like these guys care about what they are doing, and they want to make customers happy. I felt really lucky that, for a small price, I got to get back old photos and videos, all while feeling completely welcome and respected by these guys. I will refer them to any/everyone in the future. They are genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service, and they are super friendly as well. Not only that, but they have in-depth knowledge of phones and other technological devices, and they can provide advice on software and hardware issues. I really appreciated these guys, and if anyone reading this is in need of quality service, please dont hesitate to call them or walk in to the store. They wont let you down

As soon as I left this store, I sent a message to all of my family and friends referring them to this cell phone repair shop for any future issues and couldn’t wait to search for this review site to make this post. I was impressed with the first class treatment that I received. “QD” helped me out with my phone when I didn’t think it was possible to fix (and was told by others that it couldnt be done) and then transferred data (pics, video and contact info). He made it work and spent many hours contacting places for extra parts to rebuild my old shattered phone just to get the data off of it to transfer to my new one. He put so much time and effort into trying to satisfy me as a customer and it was all greatly appreciated. He really cares about his clients and wants to help with any cell phone frustration. He’s a genius and extremely affordable. I HIGHLY recommend his services the next time you need assistance with your cell phone.

My On/OFF button stopped responding on my iPhone about a week ago. I opened it up to diagnose the problem but couldnt figure it out. When I put the phone back together, the screen wouldnt come on so I thought I damaged the phone even worse. I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone but thought I would let a profesional look at it first. WOW, QD diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the damaged ribbon cable, cleaned the inside, and I had my iPhone back up and running better than before. QD definitley knows what hes doing and his prices are the lowest I have seen in DFW and on the Web. I have already told my freinds and family about this place and will be back if I ever need another service. I highly recommend his services if you need help wth your cell phone!

This was my second visit to 1st Cellfone Repair and I wanted to recognize the owner for my experience. One of the employees thought my iPhone case belonged to another iPhone that was being repaired and accidentally gave it to the other customer who left the store with it. When the owner found this out, he not only replaced my case, but he did not charge me for the repair. That was really refreshing when I bet most store owners would have denied that I gave them my iPhone with the case still on it. Also, the service is very quick and my iPhone was returned both times within 15 minutes. I feel like the owner is honest and knowledgeable. I will return, if needed, and recommend this store to others.

My note 4 screen went blank after I dropped it butI didnt crack the screen but LCD screen became loose glue that holds screen and phone gave up and I could see all LED lights and hear restart and message sounds, I called couple of stores before giving it a try this store. First store I called asked $150 to change the LCD screen and its only screen fault and cannot be LCD connection issue because LED lights and LCD screen use same connection , if LED lights are working LCD screen connection is also fine. But Cell phone genius wanted to take a look at the phone and charge $25 if it is connection issue and putting adhesive. it went down $150 to $25... Thanks to Cell Phone Genius.

I accidentally drop my 3GS iphone into my coffee cup while driving. I went to the AT&T store to see if they can help me with the situation. My upgrade is not for another year. They said they couldnt do anything about it but they told me to go to 1st cell fone repair in Irving. Got there and met a great tech (QD) and he was confident that he can recover the iphone. I was doubtful but what the heck did I have to lose. Couple hours later, my iphone was back to full operation and all data was still intact. It was very reasonable price for this service. Highly recommend 1st cell fone repair to anyone. I will tell all my friends and family about this place. Keep it up guys.‎

I visited Phone Genius yesterday and as entering the store, I was greeted by Felipe who had the posture of an owner. I was later corrected that he wasnt, but he was absolutely professional, timely, engaging in the need of a customer, & positive about what they do at the business. At the end I got a complimentary tempted glass for the phone screen I brought in that was demolished. Customer service at Phone Genius is 5 star! I spoke to Diego the next day about something minor and exceptional service all the way through. CHECK THEM OUT.... Youll be out in Record time!!

Great customer service very honest work - Met QD for repairing one of my friends iphone 3G. QD was very quick in understanding and finding out what is wrong with the piece and provided me with valuable suggestion to go for the repair. From then on, I started visiting his place with my friend for various Iphone repairs. I should say QD has always been very honest, friendly in his approach and perfect in his work. He has never promised what he cannot do!!! He is one of the best in the business Ive ever met.
