Saturday morning I Went in for an issue I started having with my Phone on Friday night. The issue prevented me from using my phone so I took it the next day. Walking In to the store I was greeted by a young man, He asked me what I needed and I explained the problem. Basically my phone was trying to restart itself and having a database clearing meaning all setting would reset. I did not want that or I would lose all data. The man took my device, took out the battery and restarted it. It took 5+ minutes to get it back up only because he did exactly what I did not want to do. While he waited for the phone my fiancé and I went to look at phones, then went to the gentlemen too hear an update. to find him trying to update my gmail because he knew what he had done. I told him to go into my contacts to see if they were still there. They were gone so that confirmed with me that My entire phone was swiped out, contacts, phones, apps etc. Mind you that I bought this phone December 2016 so its only 6 months old. After getting frustrated with this man after what he did, I requested to speak to manager or supervisor. I spoke to her and explained to her what the issue was. She basically called me a liar and that none of the employees reset data without the customer permission or it was an accident. I told he did not give him permission to restart it. I told him not to because it would lose my data. So what she answered what, Do I have a drop box to back up data? I said No I do not. She said well there nothing we can do for you. I wanted to slap her but instead I asked what are my options. Se said you can talk to the man I was helped with. I told her no because he doesnt know what he is doing . So another person helped me and gave me options to get a new phone but have to pay the remaining on what I have on my phone plus a down on the Phone I get. He also told me I could get a phone through T mobile but itll be used. Or you can get a Samsung phone and get in within 5 days. at this point I was just frustrated and wanted to leave without a phone. I did not care anymore. So I went with T mobile Phone and told them. I will finish paying off this phone so I dont have credit or anything but after that, I AM NO LONGEER A T MOBILE CUSTOMER!! worse service. I dont remember there names but I went Saturday 6/24/2017. around 11:30-12 :15. My family and I have been with t mobile for many years and Saturday with the help of these two people, They have lost a customer.

He geniunely cares about what will fit your personalized needs for your wireless service and devices. So if your looking for 100% customer satisfaction just know hell give you 200%. A truley dedicated team player for an excellent wireless service provider. As a T mobile customer, I expect your director in charge of relaying this information to be as great implementing this request for me, as part of T-mobiles great expectations of their representatives qualifications of are. I hope they read their reviews. Sharing to the public and nearby residents. Fyi- Im very picky about sales reps. everywhere I shop.

Typical phone store these days, lots of pictures and some demo models but never all available. they probably change too often to keep up. Lots of customers and a short wait for service, less than 10 minutes. Very personable staff, courteous and professional, swapped my number to new phone (Pixel XL) not bought in store in about 4 minutes most of which was waiting for update downloads. Even though they dont sell the phone, he still knew more about it than I did... awesome customer service in this day! Advised me on new plan details, but also confirmed i was already on best plan available. Used this store before and will again. TMO customer since days of "Cingular".

I really like the employees, my problem is with the service. I have tried on several occasions to contact customer service about loss of service in my home. No connection between 12p. and 12a. Works fine all the other hours. No answer to 611 calls, or emails that Ive left. When I contact a store they tell me to call 611! Almost 6 years and thousands of dollars, this is what I get? Price is good, service is sub standard!

I love this location the guys acknowledge and greet you as you enter the store. They also help you with what ever problem big or small I went in today with a number transfer and I have been to three other location in Grand Prairie that have no clue what their doing and the guy at Irving Mall was very patient with helping me through my process will recommend this place to every one...

Last Thursday I went to start my new service with t-mobile, my experience was great. Probably the best one Ive had with starting a service and the best thing about it was that guy, Paul, was never once pushy on getting anything and was completely helpful and had the best attitude! This t-mobile is doing it right!

Representative Emma helped me. Really recommend her. She knows what she is doing. She got me a good deal on two service lines with unlimited everything! Also got me an amazing deal on two cute Kate Spade iPhone 6s Plus covers and a matching wallet with them!! Definitely go visit Emma at this T-Mobile Store!

Ive been to multiple stores & most associates are rude and not helpful. The guys were so helpful and had my issue resolved within 5 mins. They explained everything to me & even gave me tips to help me with my phone. (Its been dropping calls and shutting off randomly) My fav store by far♥♥

Only negative thing about this place is the parking because of the construction. I dont remember the guys name that helped me but was definitely nice, introduced himself with a handshake and took care of my need very quickly. The store has been remodeled and feels very nice.
