Kerry was a rock star on the phone! I didnt have all information I needed to help him help me but he was patient, found what I needed, gave me the part numbers so I could check the specs on the website and even told me how to save 10% on the order. Fantastic customer service you just dont see this day and age. Everyone else wanted to blow me off because I didnt have enough info but Kerry stepped up and gave me what I needed. Keep up the good work!

They had a battery I needed for an old solar powered weather. They tested my old one (its history) and reversed the polarity to match my radios current. Update: When I picked up the new battery, they told me the one they had was a little different, so they built one for me. Adding this store to my list of favorite tech chains.
