Worst customer service rep and service mgr is definitely an idiot! I bought a hot spot after confirming with the service rep (who looked into the Verizon system) that the location I will be travelling to will be covered.. While in reality the hot spot didnt work anywhere around the location (i even took a pic of it). I had to buy additional costly internet at the place I was in..and even showed the mgr the receipt. He said I will get back 19$ of the 91$ I paid for. Clearly why would I pay 70$ for a service I didnt use? The worst and unfriendly store and customer service ever! ATT is way better in service. I could get ATT service at the place I visited. I wish I had stayed with my phone instead of doubting the service and wasting my money over this stupid hotspot!!

I have been coming to this verizon store for about four years now and initially I was impressed by the customer service. Over the past year or so it seems like they have become more disorganized and apathetic. I went in to change some information on my account but instead of taking the 2 min to change the information, as they would have done in the past, I was told I could go online, reset my password and change the information myself. Why is your paycheck coming out of my phone bill? TLDR SUMMARY: The customer service lexicon should not include the phrase, "do it yourself."

Beware they will first ask you to enter your details into a tablet and run a credit check on you. They do a hard pull on your credit account. Then they go check on your phone and tell you its not in stock. When I asked them why did you not check if you first have the phone and then have me enter my information, they were trying to go into defensive mode and were rude. Worst store as far as customer service experience. Also wait times are longer than other stores because all the sales people go to the back and come out after a long time.

In the past I have filed my insurance claim and received a phone on site. Im not sure how things have changed but when I went in to ask about it all I was handed was a post-it note with a phone number. I was told "Were not the insurance company, maam." in a blunt tone. With no offer to assist or work with me. Even if its "not your job" if you want to keep customers, you treat them with respect. Poor job.

Over the Christmas holidays I had ordered a phone from Verizon. I wasnt able to receive it so I went to this store after Christmas. They didnt have my phone in stock and informed me that I would have to reorder online. Most customer service representatives would have not researched or took the time out to find that out. I strongly recommend Travis if you prefer good customer service at this location.

The staff was cool, but the Manager Cruz makes a bad name for Verizon and his self. My phone cuts off and on Asurion didnt send my new phone after they said it would be there next day. They said I can go into the store and do a fulifillment. Well this Weak Manager CRUZ saids because your not a doctor then its not an emergency. Well dont know about you, sounds like discrimination to me!

We were considering switching providers when our contract was up due to the recent up in prices. We went in to talk to a rep and see if anything could be done to lower our price so we could stay with Verizon. Shane went above and beyond to get us the best rate and keep our business. He was great to work with- exceptional customer service. I would recommend asking for him to anyone!

I usually HATE going in to tech stores. Kat and Travis were the best employees Ive ever dealt with. Probably at any location. They both had good knowledge and a willingness to help. I was in and out in less than an hour (which for me has been unheard of). Overall great experience.

Worst experience ever. Went to setup a new account, left 2 hours later (had to get back to work) with a headache and no phone service. Customer Service reps were rude and the manager literally threw her hands and the air and walked away without solving the problem for her employee.

Ive heard of businesses working it out to favor the client. Verizon was unable to workout the situation I was in so I switched over to ATT and for the same price went from 2gb per month to unlimited data.

Super calm. This place is super quiet and employees give great recommendations. I use AT&T but I will switch to Verizon some time soon, at the point where my contract is over and I can sell my phone.
