Went in on 5/30/2017 to take advantage of the BOGO they had on the iPhone 7. After having to cancel the first transaction because they could not take a phone in on trade due to a small scratch (even though we had insurance on the phone & offered to replace the screen). The Presidents line got involved to make the trade happen so we ended up going back later that day to get the 2 phones. Our first bill shows up and it is over $900 off. When we called ATT about it they found that we were charged for 3 phone, not 2. Then a second bill showed up for early termination of a line we never opened or received a phone for $415.87. The only resolution is to return to the store and have them try to find the phone we never received to return it. Great work ATT Store & Great work ATT Wireless!! Stay away from this store as this situation has wasted several hours of my time with no resolve.
