I went to this shop after I saw the Google Reviews, I wonder most of them are real or not. I went to the Lawrence shop close to Mass Street, there were 2 ladies, one of whom was only busy talking to random people who were not even buyers and the other lady was calm and quiet but her service was not upto the mark. I went 2 times and they made me sit more than 1 hour every time showing no professionalism at all, one other older lady was sitting even more than me until she got angry and blasted off the talkative girl as she lost her patience. Probably one of the worst experiences for me as they could not even fix my iPhone after the next day but still charged me.

I was looking for a new phone upgrade and found SetCell on Craigslist. I was pleasantly surprised by how many phones they had in stock. I selected a Samsung Galaxy S6 . In less than an hour Amelia had all my contacts, photos and data transferred from my old phone to the new one, all while dealing with other customers who had questions. She was super friendly and proficient in getting things setup. From my experience I highly recommend SetCell here in Lawrence.

Just bought an iPhone 6 after having an iPhone 4 for 5 years. I was skeptical about buying a phone from somewhere other than my carrier or Apple Store but both are extremely expensive plus I didnt want to lease. My sister lives right next to this place so I figured Id try it out. Found a great condition phone and Christina was able to transfer all of my information super nice girl. For anyone who is skeptical I say just go in its the easiest transaction ever.

Promised over night service in Lawrence- Never called to tell me it was delayed, and I wound up going to KC to get it the day I was supposed to. 3 months later the screen failed due to a manufacturing error and they refused to cover it on a Nexus 6p..
