Wow go anywhere but sprint! I bought an iPad Pro over the phone was gonna get this really great deal apparently, well actually the "sales person" on the phone had no idea about the promotion and the promotion was actually a rip off. Youll get $22 off the iPad if you purchase a data plan of $35. I was told I could get the $22 off just for the $5 access fee. Not the truth at all! So I called and was on the phone for seriously 3 hours told that was the promotion they didnt know if I would get it though. So I go to this store the manager (chubby man with the ponytail) explains the promotion it would not qualify for the plan I was wanting. Ok I have 14 days to return I have two more days so I returned it right then and there. Oh by the way last time I was given store credit I want it back in my card. The manager says "do you have the credit card" "no" he replies in a condescending way "then how do you expect me to put it on the card?". Well you didnt have the card physically when I purchased it over the phone I dont know!? "Any other form it can be refunded??" He replies "yes a check" ok perfect. Went and got my id and gave it to him. " asked if the address blah blah was right" I have an apartment that you missed" "what is it?" Well here we are a week later no check apartment number was not added to the address!? This has seriously the at least 10th time I have told them my address has an apartment number! Now they have to do an "investigation" haha! Dont even worry honey I will call the credit card company. As soon as this is cleared up Im canceling my service! Which the service is awful! And they will try to lie and say you will have to pay all this money to cancel. False I read the contract and called but they said the same amount. Why did you leave out the subtraction of the fair market value of the phone? Because they want you to feel trapped! That says it all. So yeah go cut you bill in half ( not true saving about $25 a month) . Go ahead also cut customer service a good 80% and your service at least 50%. I HATE SPRINT! Awful company.

I am really disappointed with my service at this location. I went in to upgrade my phone and the visit started out well. The sprint associate let me know my data was still transferring over and it should finish when I connect to wifi at home. I got home and realized about 5K Photos were missing. So I had to drive back, just to be told by a different associate all my photos were accidentally erased because the associate never saved them. I became emotional when the original associate assured me they were in a back up file, after all. The associate told me we were locked or of the phone for 30 minutes, so he encouraged me to complete the process at home. I told him I didnt want to risk another trip so I would wait in store. The other associate then said it would take 24 hours, not 30 minutes. I felt unwelcome and had no choice but to leave the store to finish the activation/backup process. Before I left the store, two associates and a manager (not sure if assistant or not) were visiting about a gone call to the store where the associate answered, pretended to go get a manager, and then the same associate answered using a phony voice to fraud the customer. How unprofessional for them to do this, but also discuss it in front of me! Wow! It doesnt end there! When I left the store.... about 15 minutes later (remember they said 1 hour), the phone immediately started completing the process and I completed it correctly. I felt lied to and my time was wasted. I was fodsrespected as a customer. I finished a job quicker than a sprint associate! I wont return to this location.

THIEVES!!! This store has the most unprofessional, rude, and deceiving staff I have ever encountered! My wife and I have been the unlucky individuals of the Galaxy Note 7 debauckle. After returning our Note 7s for the 3rd time, we opted to replace our phones for the "offer" by Sprint to exchange our Note 7s for Galaxy S7 Edges with the promise of $100 bill credit for both phones ($200), and the bill credit of the taxes on each Note 7 at the sum of approximately $75 each ($150), making our bill credit reimbursement at $350 total. The catch was that we were expecting to wait a possible 90 days before the bill credit would come in effect, and that was a reality we were willing to live with.. This promise NEVER came to fruition! We recently ended a phone conversation with Sprints billing department claiming that they have NO RECORD of any bill credit applied, and that we must go to the Sprint store location where this agreement took place. I have just left the Sprint store where they refused to take ownership of the agreement and we are now victims of fraud/theft, and now face a billing cycle of $1000 or risk losing our service by 1-13-17, (this billing amount is the sum of 2 billing cycles; we delayed payment until our bill credit was applied because the 90 day time frame has elapsed). Do not do business with Sprint unless you willfully except being a victim of FRAUD!

My microphone on my phone keeps going out. I did not have insurance with Sprint but with the store where I purchased my phone (not happy because I thought I did)was told by one person that it would be no problem, pay a $50 fee and they could fix it or replace the phone. I did not find that to be a problem so I waited on the Tech for about 20 mins. When the tech finally came to help me, he decided it would be best that I just call Galaxy, even though I was willing to pay the fee, told him about the other guy, blah blah blah... well, he was not using his listening ears and sent me on my way anyway. NOT Happy. I dont care how busy it is, you should still listen to your customer, even if you are sexy and you know it!

As others have stated, this store pulls the classic bait and switch. The first time I went into the store, I told an employee the exact phones I was looking for and that I was interested in switching to Sprint. I was told they would get those phones in and hold them for me. I was also told that if I came back on a specific day, that I would get a special promotional price. Well I went back on the day they told me to, and not only did they not hold the phones for me, but they also would not honor the promotional pricing they previously lured me in on. Total waste of time and disappointing level of customer service.

Sprint does not honor their promotions. I Received emails and texts regarding the s6 at $10/mo. Late November I decided to take the offer.....but needless to say the promo never kicked in. I was being charged for a tablet that was FREE. I got that part taken care of but I was told they could not find the info on the promo of the s6. I saved the emails and the texts sent me regarding the promo, but again they say there werent any notes stating I was to receive the promo. WOW! So, after 20yrs + of being a sprint customer, I switched.
