I went in today cause my phone was old and quite literally taped back together hoping to use an upgrade. I got in in the early afternoon and they had one person staffed and one customer already being helped, I remember being in a few months prior and seeing her being trained so I was a little hesitant when it took quite a while with customer in front of me. However, the sales associate was very helpful, patient, and friendly( especially after I felt like a tiresome customer). She walked me through almost all of their models that I was interested in, when they did not have what I wanted in stock she looked around all the locations in the city and worked with me. Eventually, I asked her to recommend some phones since I needed to leave that day with one.Anything she did not knew she would just look up and explain to me as well. She eventually sold me on a phone I did not particularly want but now after a few hours of using it I am more than sold on it. It really did not matter I spent a significant amount of time in there this afternoon if they trained all employees like this I would recommend to anyone.

I had a very weird experience at at this store today. My husband and I both ordered new phones online and needed to go to the store to get new sim cards. My husband went before work, got it changed in 15 minutes at a different Verizon store. I went on my lunch break and they informed me that it would cost $25. I knew that wasnt right, but they insisted that every store charges. After pulling up my account, they said that I wasnt an authorized user, so they couldnt help me. My husband is not an authorized user either, but he had no problems. When I let them know that, they handed my phone back to me and shrugged their shoulders. I later found out that this is a store through Z Wireless and they find it acceptable to tack on unnecessary expenses. Anyways, I wont be returning to this location or any other Z Wireless stores in the future.

I want to take a moment to comment on the EXCEPTIONAL customer service I received at the Verizon Midtown store from Kat Weaver. Its not often someone wants to leave a review...its generally when they are completely disappointed, or completely impressed. Mine is the latter. Kat went above and beyond to help me with my crazy phone, when the Apple store couldnt. She actually stayed a half hour past the closing time in order to see me through and ensure that a new phone would be sent out that day for me. Seeing people go above and beyond in their work, with nothing expected in return, is refreshing and impressive. Her kindness, patience and knowledge was second to none and I feel compelled to give her the proper credit for that. Keep up the great work!

I was not impressed walking into the store with my wife the other day. The manager Janay helped us and it was not a good experience overall. She also looked like she didnt belong to Verizon because of the way she dressed aside from everyone else, who were clean cut and in full uniform. A phone company should have a dress code against women wearing low cut blouses because it is highly unprofessional. We will not be going back to this store due to the experience we had.

My Samsung Galaxy wasnt charging properly after 6 months or so. I called customer service expecting to be on the phone for 30 minutes, bickering with them. That was not the case. - - I was on the phone with customer service for less than 3 minutes, had a new phone in my mailbox within 3 business days, and mailed my old phone back in their self-addressed envelope. Very simple process. Im impressed.

I was in a bit of a predicament and came into the store with a complicated situation. Andrew, the rep that helped me, was very knowledgeable and kind and gave me great advice on what was best for my situation, without being "salesy". The whole interaction was friendly, professional, and fast and I couldnt be happier.

I am on a shared plan and I had to go back to this location 3 times to finally get my phone completely setup. In addition the receipt they gave me for my "mail-in rebate" was rejected when I sent it in to for redemption. The service at this store didnt make my phone buying purchase any easier.

The Manager was super friendly and helpful along with the rest of her staff. It was very nice to have all my questions answered in a timely manner and I didnt have to stand in line! Would definitely go back.
