Its a decent shop, with moderately knowledgeable staff. However, the quality of batteries they carry is suspect at best. I have two motorcycles, four ATVs, an enduro, and a bus - For all of which I purchased new batteries from this location. Neither motorcycle battery lasted more than a couple months, the ATV batteries are a joke, and if you let them get low (from no maintainer for a week or two), theyll rarely take a charge again. Ive never seen such poor quality. I understand that batteries require some attention and maintenance, but this is ridiculous. My old bike battery lasted 3 years with no maintainer, and the one I bought at Wal-Mart 8 months ago is still going strong, but the $650 worth of batteries I bought here in the past year are now worthless (except one). Bottom line - Go name brand, or go somewhere else.

Buying the battery online went well, and when I got to the place of business, ALL the Wrong that was possible happened. First of all, the young kid couldnt find my online purchase. Next, he gives me the sales receipt and starts to give me the battery. I told him I needed it installed. He took my battery out of my car and began installing the new one. The battery hold down was not properly done right, and I let him know. He fiddled around with it a little while longer. I told him just leave it & I would fix it when I got home. Then I told him I needed my core refund, and the $10. Online Rebate, which he told me there was none. Sorry, but I had a very bad experience, and really think the management should TRAIN their younger employers how to do their jobs RIGHT & with customer satisfaction.

Cell Phone repairs do not use good quality replacement hardware. I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 that I have used for almost 3 years. I dropped the phone and shattered the screen and took it to Batteries Plus for repair. Within 2 weeks the screen was cracked again in multiple places, and they said "sometimes that can happen if you put it in your pocket and there is too much pressure on it." I get that this can happen, but this same phone lived in the same pockets for 3 years on the original screen with no issues like this. Sub-par parts used Zero offer to help remedy the situation Basically thanks for your $120 you spent for less than 2 weeks of not having a broken screen.

I went in to get a battery for my Ipod. The person waiting on me stated the price for the battery and then said it would be $4 to install it. Ive installed these batteries before but for $4, you cant beat that price for installation. However, when I returned 40 minutes later, another person told me it was $25 for installation. Absolute rip-off...I would have never paid $25 for this when I could have done it myself...$4, yes!...$25? No way. Yes, it might be worth it for those who dont want to mess with it or have never done it before. But I was quoted one price and charged another after the work was done.

I shopped online for new batteries for my three wheel scooter then went to store and found that I could not get 10% discount in store so went back home ordered online & within 2 hours my order was ready. I bought Duracell ultra batteries and are much better than original, my scooter gained 4 MPH, 16MPH when scooter was brand new to 20MPH now. Great buying experience, Great product, fair value.

Booked an "appointment" with their website. Came in the next day only to find the employee behind the counter scrambling to find their "phone guy". I only have an hour on lunch to get this done so this clearly didnt work. Tip: If you have customers booking phone related repairs, you should consider staffing appropriately. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

The ease of ordering online and picking up was great! The store agents were helpful. The prices were $10 higher than other local stores but, I purchased the battery here because they offered an $8 coupon for ordering online. I just paid $2 more but they offered a longer warranty. With a coupon, I would definitely buy here again.

Awesome! Ordered online. Paid online and saved 10%. Called the store to make sure it was in stock (very large battery for a trencher). I was told it was so I drove down there, the gentleman put it on a cart for me, helped me get it in my truck and away I went. In the store less than 5 minutes!!

Ordered and paid online for a replacement battery for my "princesss " quad rider. I went to the store in a couple hours to pick it up and badabing, badaboom it was ready and was several dollars cheaper than other businesses. I also saved 10% by shopping online. Gotta love it!

Bought a battery for my bike that cost 60.00 2 weeks ago and my bike died while i was riding. Tested the battery and its dead. They saud it has a 1yr warranty but they dont want to replace it. Now Im out a battery And 60.00 and cant even ride my bike unless i give it a jump.

Iv bought 3 batteries and a flashlight from them. They have either helped me unload or load my battery. But not this time. The store employee that helped me check out made me seem like I was a pain in the ass. I may buy from them again but not at that store.

These people are not very good in getting back to you when you order a battery. They are also not very customer freindly over the phone. They also promise you that it will be in on a certain date and they dont follow through. Wont be using them again.

They were the only company in town with an Olympus battery for my camera thats six years old. Otherwise, Id have to order online and wait almost two weeks. The guys are personable and offer good advice on where to get items they dont carry.

Batteries, bulbs, flashlights, you name it they have it, they even repair phones!!! Theres a guy named koty there go see him he has the best customer service and is an all around gentleman, give that guy a raise!!!!!
