I just moved into town and cracked my phone, and after reading some of these reviews i was reluctant to come to this tmobile to do my upgrade. This was not the case. When i arrived there were 2 people infront of me and the owner along with a women were trying to assist everyone. The owner talked to what i assume to be regulars on a first name basis cracking jokes and talking about summer plans. The woman was troubleshooting someones phone while recommending some other affordable options. In-all the most recent reviews do not serve this place justice, at least for me. I spent about 20 minutes instore and got upgraded to better phone while actually saving about 10 dollars by switching to the new plan. overall it was a good experience.

I love this store, the owner is awesome. I have been a loyal customer since 2013. My phone is a vital tool in my business, its how I make money, if something goes wrong or I need a new phone or help with my bill the owner and/or his staff will do whatever it takes to make me happy. The owner will go over and beyond to help, you dont find customer service like that anymore. Even since Ive moved away from Magnolia, this is the only store I will give my business to, this includes my family and friends. I will drive from Kemah to do business with this wonderful man and his store. I highly recommend T-Mobile Magnolia

So after turning in a phone and not thinking about getting a recipt I walked out the door. After getting home I realized I should have one of the transaction. I call the T-mobile store asking for a scanned or digital recipt and was told they do not have the equipment to do so. What the French is what I thought... T-Mobile cant email a recipt or scan one? what the hell. Now I have to go back and get the recipt printed. This is my only complaint.

Ive never been to a store where the owner is as "hands-on" as this store. While I was waiting to be helped, I noticed the owner, I found out later, was helping 2 customers, on the phone with another and helping train a new employee at the same time. Zia was super nice and extremely knowledgeable. Im paying less than half of what I was at Verizon. He did not try to oversell me on anything. Great store with a great owner.

I had gone to the store to purchase a new phone, the entire time the person that waited on me was signing and not quietly but with an outside voice. Every time a new customer would enter the store she stopped what she was doing with me and tried to take care of the new people that walked in. I was not given the full attention that should be given to a customer, this will be the last time I visit this store.

This is the best business Ive had experience with in many, many years. The owner is amazing, going out of his way to accommodate customers needs. I cant say enough about this. Dont be overwhelmed and leave if you see lots of customers when you walk in; theyre there for a reason! And they are fast and capable of taking care of multiple customers at once. Its not the painful experience of other wireless stores.

The best place ever! The owner is super nice. They are honest, they dont try to sell you unnecessary junk. They helped me fit into the right phone. They even helped me move my stuff over. They are mildy busy so I got in and out fairly quickly. I was so pleased and will definitely go back for any of my tmobile needs!

I normally dont do this but Im so annoyed. My husband and I bought 2 iPhone 6 Pluss 3 weeks ago. (Paid full price!). Within a week mine needed replaced because I didnt work right, now my husbands phone doesnt work AT ALL. He completely sold us duds. Completely unacceptable!

Very bad customer service coming from the owner of the establishment. He was rude and arrogant. I was lucky to get great customer service from the T-Mobile Texas Team over the phone after my bad experience with this owner, they solved all my problems fast and efficiently.

Wow, service is TERRIBLE! I have been waiting 4x working days on a warranty exchanged which was over nighted to the store. Come on, you seriously going to tell me that it takes you 3-days to unpack a box. Skip this location at all costs!
