went to a tmobile store and got a phone but never transferred my data, saying our machine is not working, came to this store and the customer service was amazing helped transfer my contacts/data with out machine through internet and never charged anything

Three weeks later, and $160 poorer, the headaches of dealing with this place have finally stopped as I give up trying to get my refund. Save yourself the time and trouble, their CEO had it wrong, T-Mobile is the one taking advantage of people.

Khalid Zak and Chase were Awesome employees, I felt like home and havent experienced customer service like theirs since the early 2000s. Anyone with phone issues or questions I recommend this T-mobile over all others.
