I bought the new 3G phone on a rainy day. They tried to run my CC through 2 times and said it didnt go so I had to go next door to get cash to buy it. I found out a few days later that it did go through and they charged me the 2 additional times to me paying cash so I bought the phone 3 times! Employees in the store couldnt do anything, I had to come in when the manager was there. Finally talked to the manager, he had to call the central billing office, told me the credit would be applied that day. I go back the next day because still nothing happened. Had to talk to another employee who had to call the manager who had to call billing and they told him that this should be refunded in the store, why is he calling them! I finally get the refund but its been 3 weeks getting jerked around while they have my money. Plus, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. It will ring and ring all day. I asked them why they dont answer the phone and was told that if customers are in the store, they dont answer the phone. I tested this one day and drove up, waited till the store was empty, and called while sitting in my car in front of the store. No answer. I walked in the door with the cell phone to my ear with their phone ringing. What a surprise, they have the ringer TURNED OFF on the phone in the store. If you must go in this store, only go in to make a payment. Any time Ive gone in this store to ask a question, they tell me I need to go to the Corporate store down on Louetta, that this is an independent branch.

DONT GET SERVICE HERE. First thing, I switched over my service for 2 lines. Was told I could keep the phones I had. PAID for the 2 months of service, SIM cards and spent about 4 hours waiting on the numbers to port over (when I was told it would be a few minutes. ) after all of that my sim cards get put in the phone very last, red flag #1 and surprise they dont work so I had to waste more money and buy 2 new phones that were a downgrade from the ones I had. Obviously something they do to trick people into buying phones, they make you pay the service, SIM card and tell you theres nothing they can do so you have to buy phones from them. Then I set up automatic bill pay and shocker they didnt do it on their end so my bill is $30 more than I was told. A bunch of incompetent idiots. Especially the managers. What a joke of a company. Ill pay the extra money to Verizon or sprint and get waaaaay better service.
