I bought a phone Samsung S4 from U.S. Cellular --- at 51st and Sheridan. Bought it at Christmas time 2014. Paid 500.00 for it on a prepaid account. I asked the sales associate( woman) if the phone had a warranty. She said YES. It took forever to get set up with them( over 2 hours) . The first two weeks the phone began messing up --- but I thought maybe I didnt know what I was doing and it would just take a little time to get used to it. However, I do have a degree in Media and am not that naïve when it comes to electronics. After a couple of months, I took it in....it had a small crack on the screen from me dropping it. I inquired about the warranty --- they said the warranty was through Samsung and that the warranty would not be covered on cracked screens AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT COVER THE PHONE AT ALL. However, I thought the warranty was through U.S. Cellular but it was not. This sales associate never made that clear. Come to find out --- it was her last day. No wonder she decided to let me keep my old phone--- she knew I was going to need it. I have already talked to two Managers at Tulsa Southern Hills and the Manager at Broken Arrow. After about three months and the phone worked very little...I took it to the phone geeks at 61st and Sheridan. They said the crack on the screen had nothing to do with the phone....that the phone had a bad chip. I then said...but isnt that what happened to phones that have been used quite a bit? They said Yes...then it dawned on me the U.S. Cellular place at 51st and Sheridan sold me a used phone.... I had gone to their store over 7 times...and then come to find out that it was not an authorized Agent...At least that is what the manager(woman in her 30s) of the U.S. Cellular Store at Broken arrow told me. Yet they have on their door...AUTHORIZED AGENT. My suspicion all along told me that I was sold a used phone...and either they knew it or they dont know that whoever their getting their phones from are selling them used phone. So I took 500.00 and just threw it out the windows. I had no idea that when you buy a phone on a prepaid Account that it is not covered under Warranty with U.S. Cellular....I had the worst experience with U.S. Cellular and would not recommend them at all. SO WHERE DOES PHONE GEEK FIT IN IN ALL OF THIS? After all I had been through with U.s. Cellular the Phone Geek guys where very professional and nice and thorough. I asked them if I had been sold a used phone and they said it was possible...note they didnt say I had...they said it was possible. KNOW THE QUESTIONS TO ASK ON PREPAID PHONES AND NEVER BUY FROM A STORE THAT IS NOT AUTHORIZED BUT THEN WHEN THE STORE SAYS AUTHORIZED THEN HOW DO YOU KNOW ITS NOT...BUT HERES ONE THING TO CONSIDER--- Theres hardly any cars that are parked at the U.S. Cellular store on 51st and Sheridan. So what does that tell you? They very rarely get customers for a reason...terrible service and shoddy and suspicious phone that are NOT new being sold. BEWARE overall in three or four months the service was virtually nothing and I had very little use with the phone and gave them over 750.00 for the phone and monthly service. AND YES, I CONTACTED EGERYONE I COULD THINK OF TO CONTACT CONCERNING US. CELLULAR BUT ALL THEY COULD SAY WAS...IM SORRY but we dont have a contract with you. NO INTEGRITY WITH US CELLULAR NONE WHATSOEVER

INCOMPETENT LIARS!! took my sons phone into the store to get the charge port replaced on a Wednesday . I was told it would be ready the following Friday. I recieved the call on Friday and was told the port was fixed but the microphone was now broken. When i took the phone to them it was working fine. The port just one day stopped charging the phone. The technician i spoke to ( which is never the one that actually works on the phone) agreed to keep it there a while longer to attempt to fix the new problem. I waited an entire week before going back to the store to pick up the phone. When I get to the store the guy retrieves my phone from the back, gives it to me and tells me that the port is working fine but the phone is dead and needs a charge. I thanked him and left the store. At home I attempt to plug a charger into the phone AND IT WONT FIT!!! AT ALL!!! NOW THIS GUY JUST TOLD ME IT WAS WORKING FINE!! I live a mile from the store so I immediately call back and this guy tells me that the guy who handed me the phone has already left for the day!!!!! Yea right!!! THESE PEOLPE ARE NOT THE GEEKS THEY POTRAY THEMSELVES TO BE!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR DEVICES BECAUSE WHEN YOU GET IT BACK IT WILL BE WORSE THAN IT WAS WHEN YOU DROPPED IT OFF AND THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR GOODS AND BLAME IT ON YOU!!!!

Was not worth my time unfortunately. Dont want to go into too much detail or it would take all day to write this review and frankly, its not worth a review anyway but I need to atleast inform you from my experience before you spend one dime. Overcharged, argumentative when I asked simple questions. Subpar costumer service and simply rude. The person who "helped" me at the time didnt make it apparent to me that I was unable to return what Ive bought if it wasnt right or didnt work. I simply had to trade it in for another overpriced piece of their used merchandise. I was greatly disappointed by the poor costumer service and expected to be treated and talked to better than a mindless monkey. I strongly advise whoever chooses to go here. Im not against people being employed and making money, but honestly I personally feel there are much better cell phone shops out there that will treat you with far more dignity, respect and maybe a smile too. Please Phone Geek employees, get your act together. Specifically 71st street, I choose not to name names simply out of respect but you would probably know who you are.

I was in town for Christmas and somehow during travel had a gotten a small crack on my iPad so went here to get it repaired here or so I thought. I was quoted a three hour repair time and when I came back to get it the bottom of the touch screen was not working. Handed it back immediately and was told it would be longer because they had to go pick up another screen. Later that night Im got a call that it was ready but I wasnt able to make it before close. I went the next day and not only was it not ready but was told it was at a completely different store. I was sent to the store at 61st and Sheridan and my iPad wasnt ready there either. I was due to leave town but had to come back a little later. I finally got my iPad back and all seemed well. A few days later I noticed the screen coming loose, there was a big gap where the screen meets the iPad. I took a video and sent it to the store asking them to pay for the repair, I havent heard back since. 100+ dollars wasted! Dont go here!
