Very honest shop, great customer service. I dropped my Note 3 this morning found them on the web, called and went over to get my screen replaced. I was more than willing to spend the 99.00. He looked at the phone and pulled the screen protector off which was an invisi glass that tmobile installed. The only thing that was hurt was the screen protector. He could have walked it into the back told me to come back in 30 minutes and I would have never given it a second thought. Bought a new screen protector and they had a case in stock which i have had trouble finding. Again thanks for the help and honesty.

I took my phone here to get the charger port fixed. The two guys who work here are very nice and helpful! They told me about all the charges upfront, took down my information and called me promptly when my phone was finished. They also called me because there was an additional problem. They did not want to continue working on the phone if I did not consent to it. I took my phone home but unfortunately it stopped working again. I took it right back and they were very understanding. No questions asked, they fixed it free of charge. They have great prices on all their services!

I dropped my ipad and broke the screen. They immediately got it fix within an hour for me at a much cheaper price than others. 130$ at intouch while other places i called would charged me 175 and even 230! Can you believe that?! Overall, their service is quick and efficient. Totally would recommend it to my. friends and family. And no, i was not paid in any form to write this review, I dont usually write reviews but i was so satisfy with their service that i felt like i have to put the words out there. 5 out of 5 stars for intouch. :) .

I drove 40 minutes to get my iPhone unlocked and jail****with these guys. They definitely know their stuff and offer fair prices. I messed up my phone a couple days later after downloading an app that corrupted my phone.I called other stores but they didnt know what I was talking about, so I took a trip back to Intouch. They fixed my phone and hooked up my internet too : ) . You can trust the people at Intouch Wireless, they know what they are doing.

My friend referred this place to me and these guys are great! I dropped my phone in water and the screen wasnt responsive. My charging dock also had corrosion that caused it to stop charging randomly. When I brought my phone in the took it in very fast to diagnose it first, then told me the damage, then went to fix it very fast. Great value as well. Same day service, just like they advertise! I would definitely recommend them to anyone

I dropped my iPhone while driving across Texas and located this shop as we drove from San Antonio to Houston. I called several times because I was afraid wed arrive after they closed, but Ivan kept reassuring me that it would be fine - that I could scoot in 15 minutes prior to closing and hed get it done. He was true to his word. Friendly and helpful, he had my phone working in no time and we were back on the road.

These guys are awesome! Fast and Friendly! They tell you all you need to know about what happened and how they are going to fix it. I went to many places and they made you feel kind of idiotic but these guys were really nice and understanding. Awesome service, cheap prices, and quick results. I shattered the screen of my HTC phone and after calling and stopping in at a few places these guys were the best price. The customer service was above and beyond what I had gotten at other places, they were very friendly and helpful. It did take a little longer than 30 minutes,but I would rather they fix it right than to rush. I will definitely go here again for phone issues.

They unlocked a 3GS in no time, despite the fact that I had upgraded to a one day old iOS, the night before. They also gave some great recommendations and all in all, they were expert in every way. Great customer service!! I went there after I cracked my iPhone 6 Plus in pieces. Khai was able to assist me right away after I called to inquire about repairs. He told me to come in and I waited as my phone got repaired. Max about 20 minutes. He did an amazing job!! I will definitely refer anyone I know that need phone repairs to this location.

These guys did an excellent job fixing my iphone that had been at another shop in Pasadena, where I live, for 5 months!!! Intouch had diagnosed it before I made it back to Pasadena, and I actually drove all the way back out there the same day!! It was very well worth the drive, stand up guys that I will definitely do business with again. AAA+++

Friendly and sincere! Repaire two iPhones. Two months later …… Excellent jobs. Have replaced three iPhones, 5S and 6. Prices were lower than other places I went. Services were quick. The third time the touch screen was slightly difficult in use and the guy changed it with no questions. I strongly recommend this place.

I put my iPhone 4 through a load of laundry and took it to these guys after letting it dry. I had no hope since it have gone through the spin cycle but these guys figured it out fixed it within an hour AND it was only about $80 for the repairs. I will definetly be going back to them for any problems or enhancements :)

The wifi bar on my iPhone 4S keeps going out. The guys have fixed it twice after fixing it the first time - no charge. Not sure why it keeps happening, but I am SO glad they are there to fix it! I searched a million places, all said there was nothing they could do. VERY satisfied!
