All I can say is thank you dusting for listening and the manager Lou for fixing my phone after that incompetent employee Juan romero messed it up even more! We had gone in there originally to pay our first bill after switching over from att, while we were there we started addressing some issues we were facing with our phones, the sales person Juan wouldnt listen and kept telling me that the system just takes time to get use to and when he did a hard rest on my phone he didnt make sure it was functioning correctly before we left the store and he mumbled the whole time and didnt a t like he knew what he was doing! After we came back a secondtime in less than an hour, Mr Juan continued to ignore the issues and avoid ordering my new phone since he had messed mine up... Finally I told him to get us someone else! The assistant manager Lou and another sales person Jason did a great job of helping and listening and the assistant manager was able to fix my phone like new again and undo all of Juan romeros mistakes. So thank you to those that listened and helped, hopefully Mr Juan wont be there much longer because he obviously doesnt listen or know how to fix anything!

Excellent service. I seldom write reviews, I mean who has the time? Anyhow, in the past two months Ive had the best customer service ever. The first was with Danny. He assisted a coworker and me with new work phones. We called the store PRIOR to going there and he took my information and had EVERYTHING ready when we arrived. We were in and out in less then ten minutes. Then yesterday, I called to add two lines to my personal account. Rick took my information and had put the phones aside for me. When I got to the store there were people waiting, but since I called ahead he took me right to the counter and again I was out of the store in less the 10 minutes- and thats two days before Christmas!! I read some of these other reviews, and all I can say is plan ahead and be patient. Thank you for your excellent customer service, guys!

Robert is one of the managers there and let me tell you he is the best I have ever dealt with at ANY Verizon store. Patient, helpful, and understanding. He really made my visit awesome! He is an excellent addition to the roster at Verizon. Even though my wife made me return my Ipad Pro is irrelevant, lol, His customer service is second to none.

Asked for invisible shield protective glass for my note 5. Rep said they dont make it yet. Told him I just looked at it at Best Buy. Rep replied that Verizon doesnt carry it yet. Told him that I saw it yesterday at the Verizon store at willowbrook. Sales staff may Ned some updates on products.

I walked in during mid afternoon. They werent busy whatsoever. Their manager was rude and dismissive of my problems and refused to help me install the screen protectors for my phone and ipad that I had purchased at another verizon store. NO customer service, they dont care. Dont waste your time.

Still waiting in line and its been an hour. Incompetent staff with no sense of urgency or customer service. Ive been in the retail industry for 9 years and know customer service standards, this place fails to deliver. Avoid this location if possible. Terrible.

Every other word out of Antonios mouth is "you know what Im sayin?" No I really dont. He tries to use big words to sound intelligent and he is not very helpful at all. If you get him, ask for someone else because you wont get a straight answer.

Nothing negative about this place other than the fact that they didnt have any of the phones me and my husband wanted at the time because they were out of stock. Since then we have went to Best Buy about a block away to get our phones.

Service at this store is pretty good. There was a time when the service was great. Theres just to many people in Cypress now. We out grew this size of store.
