I knew Sprint sucked as a company but Holy Cow this store takes the cake! We called ahead to see if they had a phone in stock and they did so we went over to upgrade my wifes phone. When we walked in nobody greeted us not even a look in the entrance direction, nothing. So we walked around the store for maybe 20min and finally a female representative came up to us and asked if we have been helped we said no so she took us to her station to go over upgrade options. As she pulled up the account she realized my wife was not on the account as an authorized user so we had to call her mom and wait 10min so she can add her on but we realized we waited even longer about 30min to be exact since the representative decided to hide in the back of the store and ignore us and the next 5 customers that walked in as well. Meanwhile Im looking around and it seemed none of the employees really took their job serious. Standing in groups of 4-5 (Including the Manager or Lead) joking around, on their phones texting away and laughing while the customers were standing around with a frustrated look on their face including ours. Finally she came back and I began to ask questions but there was a delay in her answers at times due to her texting on her phone right in front of us and also not explaining how the installments worked correctly as it seems she was giving me answers that were short and off. By the time we get around to actually committing to do the upgrade she goes to the back and comes out and tells us they are out of stock. If it wasnt for her BSing in the back for 30min doing god knows what I believe it couldve been avoided that the phone we were there for sold or just plain lied to us. We are never going back to that location nor are we dealing with Sprint ever again since I decided to port my Wifes line to AT&T after the horrible customer experience! Many failed secret shops to come for this store, I can promise you that!

They deserve 0 stars!!!! In all my years with Sprint, this was the ONLY time I have received HORRIBLE customer service!!!! I gave them my Galaxy S6 edge to repair and after SEVERAL phone calls, not only did they take over a month to get back with me, they tried to replace my more expensive phone with a less expensive S5...seriously??? I finally ended up going through insurance and Assurion replaced my phone with an S7 edge BUT....come to find out, THIS Sprint store in Cypress not only DIDNT return my S6 edge (so now I have a $545 non-return fee on my account), somebody there also changed my PIN and billing address in my account!!!! Can you say ILLEGAL?!?!?! Now, after many calls with wonderful and helpful reps, Sprint themselves are STILL having trouble getting the information about where my old phone is, from THIS store!!! I hope they either clean house and hire all new HONEST employees OR shut this location down!!!!! It takes A LOT for me to write a negative review because I would rather say nothing than something negative but THIS location thoroughly disgusts me!!!!!

If I could give it a zero star, I would. Came over from T-Mobile and should have stayed with them. We were lied to, not one person there knows what the hell there doing. Not only the people there but Sprint is a total rip-off. You have been warned! First lied to about paying off T-Mobile, they only pay the phone off, not the bill, there is no termination fees"who has contracts anymore", they say they will give you a promo, which at the time was 18 month lease at half the cost, didnt happen, and so hard to get through to anyone let alone trying to make them understand anything. VERY POOR SERVICE

My experience at this exact location has never been well. I am always having to wait for long periods of time, the staff is rude and they are NOT AT ALL dressed so much as semi-professional. One of the employees wears overly tight clothing, flip flops with furry socks and hair is all a mess. I will never go into this store location again. DRESS YOUR EMPLOYEES like they ARE NOT just climbing out of bed after a long night of many drinks!

I came to see about the 4G LTE. It is advised to launch today.. July 15th. I spoke with this manager who advised me with very rude manner that there is nothing she can do. I tried to advise her and her staff that coustomer service told me they can correct my issue. No one can fix. And no one cares. I have the new EVO4G LTE. They dont care that I have been on 3G for two months. F**k her and them.. Im sick of sprint..

I vary rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes to be helped. employees are nice and respectful. the only complaint I have is that when I placed an order in store for a tablet they said they would call when it came in and they never did. when I tried calling the store I could never get through to actually speak to someone. when I went down to the store by order has been there.

The sales person went out of her way to explore the options I had and provided me plenty of information to help me make the best decision. Sprints lease program is not really conducive to good customer relations and they should rethink it. The market share is thin and being too rigid will hurt their bottom line.

Trash! Would give 0 stars if possible. Sales associate bao was a butthole and the manager was even more of a butthole. Did nothing to help me with my defective iPhone, told me I would have to pay $100 just for them to look at the phone. Will never go back here, hope this store closes down. Garbage

Sprint is great! Cypress store could be the very worst service possible. Very rude. Do not listen. No one knows whats going on. Store is ok to buy stuff but dont come in with a question or problem. I hate you cypress sprint.

The people here do not value their customers time. They try to avoid eye contact and ignore you once they realize you are getting impatient. I have been here several times, it always takes a couple of hours.

Wouldnt even give it one star. The person we dealt with was a liar and con artist. Cannot wait until my contact is up, so I can go back to AT&T. I will gladly pay more for people who are honest.
