I came here after receiving a call from one of the managers (Prince) about offering better rates for my current plan. We set up a meeting and since he couldnt be there durong that time, he had another employee step in. Ethan was pretty good at explaining things. Overall the plan wasnt going to make things much cheaper overall (with the fees and one time costs) but ok. I set up a 2nd meeting so that my wife and I could go over it together first. At this point the service was to be expected, not too pushy and for the most part well explained. 2nd meeting involved another employee (Michelleacana). Meeting went very well. I ended up changing my plan and upgrading phones. She ended up selling me LG headphones with a discount so that I could gift it for Fathers Day. Pretty good and as expected. I paid more overall (so not what was initially advertised) but my wife and I were ok with upgrading the phones. The customer service went downhill from here. The headphones didnt work when I gave them to my dad on Fathers Day. When I went to exchange them, I was told that Cellular Sales wouldnt be able to accept them since they were open headphones but that I could contact LG to use their warranty. When I pushed back on how it was a gift for that day and that it wouldnt work, they said I could return it only with the original employee due to company policy and account passwords. I was given Princes schedule and told to come in on Thursday (4 days later) so that I could receive my money back. Bad outcome but fine, Ill make a repeat visit. Thursday comes around and Prince was sick. Ethan gave me Princes number and told me to come back on Saturday. I pushed for another day and he recommended I talk to Prince on Friday to see where Prince would be. Sure... Hes sick. Understandable. Not happy to come back but ok. Friday comes. I call Prince and he lets me know Ethan and the other employees are wrong and that I COULD make an exchange but not a return! Prince told me to tell the employees this when I go back that morning and to have them call him if I have any issues. The manager on duty tried to find another of the same product but couldnt find one. Instead, we used other products to make up the difference and I was given a discount to make it work. He rang it up as fees on the receipt to make it work as well. Overall, a dragged out and bad experience. Customer service was lacking for the most part and trust in Verizon employees has been lost. Im glad Prince and the manager on duty salvaged this somewhat (why I am only giving two stars and not one) but it doesnt change the fact I had to make multiple calls and visits just to exchange a present I ended up not being able to give on Fathers Day. With spending overall more money on the plan and this, I recommend just changing plans online and using another store/service for peripheral phone equipment like headphones.

I recently signed contracts on two galaxy S4 phones at this location. Beware of the incompetence of some of the salespersons here. My sales person, Andrew, said prepared my rebate form but forgot to include proof of purchase. Several weeks later I received a notice from Verizon that my rebate was denied! When I went to the store and spoke to Cameron about the issue, I was told that it was my mistake and there was nothing they could do about it! Then he just kept repeating "not our fault, not our fault..." at which point I left the store. I made sure to tell them that I would be writing this review.

Ridiculous. Bought a car charger 1 month ago, worked perfectly. Today after a system update my phone tells me it is incompatible so I go in asking for help or a swap or something. This guy tries to sell me a 300 dollar tablet for 99 dollars and when I said no he said if I didnt have the receipt he couldnt help me at all. Total customer service failure. Thats what I get for going to a dealer store front instead of an actual Verizon store.

I came in to activate an unlocked ZTE Axon 7. The employees bent over backwards to help me. No high-pressure sales tactics. They are extremely knowledgeable about what they do. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a cellular retailer. Although the attempts through their database access were in vain, I eventually linked my Axon to Verizon. Extremely glad I can now come here for network help instead of AT&T.

Redesya..... My son and I really had a great experience in picking a phone that best suits our needs. I wasnt quite sure which phone to get, and Redesya explained the features that the phones had to offer. Weve purchased several phones thru Verizon and I must say that she was by far the best representative that weve dealt with. We own a company, and would definitely be thrilled to have a person like her on our team !

Pie is the man! Hands down best customer service Ive ever experienced. I recently moved further in towards downtown and still will battle traffic on 290 specifically to speak to Pie about any issues with my network. I have been a customer for Verizon going on 12 years and have never been treated better at any other Verizon location. Pie is the BEST.

Brandi Johnson absolutely one of your finest staff members! She serviced my account consisting of 8 phones professionally and spent quite a bit of time getting all phones exchanged. I had plans to buy 5 phones elsewhere however she was able to convert my account and save me money. I highly recommend her!

Set up an appointment to upgrade phone and everything went as planned. Francis was a tremendous help and extremely patient as there were a few issues switching info from one phone to another. Cellular Sales and Verizon, dont let this guy go!!
