After 5 years of service and all my cell phone business going to this location I have finally had to cut ties with this store and Boost Mobile entirely. I used to love going to this location because of the friendly staff and they always had the solution for whatever problem I and my company had. I purchased a new phone on Friday and it has had the worst service I have ever experienced with any device from Boost. I know for a fact that it is a device issue as it randomly roams at interrmitent intervals and will not receive calls in my work area that my previous J7 had no problems with. I was told it was a signal issue and what area codes have been affected. My work is nowhere near those area codes. I came in with my old phone to get it reactivated and return the defective phone. I was told that because the phone works in her hands she cant do anything about it. She also said I needed to wait 2 more days with a faulty phone in an attempt to see if the problem rectifys itself then call the boss to see if he will even accept a return. I cannot afford to lose more business from a faulty device and the fact that they can just allow a customer to walk away from 5 years of service over a device is absolutely befudddling. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I hope that this review will save at least one other person from going through this same hassle.

Been coming here for years, the staff over the years have been fantastic, until now. I recently needed a new phone and when they say you get a credit of $$ keep in mind it is a sale price and not a credit. I had contacted Boost Home Office about the issue and was even charged a activation fee. I was informed I should of not been charged a fee, being a customer of Boost. I have bought several phones from this location, but will not be back till the staff is changed over. I hear great things about Boost at 1960 and Jones, who will inherit a new customer who will not over charge customers for a buck. If you like to spend money this is your store to be at, if you want to save some money, I suggest going elsewhere... Beware of scams here.

This is one of the best Boost mobile location...regarding service and the information you need to take your step to boost. They honestly follow the Boost rules and regulations. They not charge any extra for the service..you will always pay the prices which shows in boost catalogue. Thanks for their selfless service. 5 star deserves.
