My wife lost her phone so I suspended the line. After about a month a see a notification in my account saying that my wifes phone was eligible for an early upgrade. So i shopped online for her new phone and we decided to go with an s7 edge, for 15 a month. I go to this store in hopes of upgrading, but the guy helping me said he had to reactivate the line. Once he did that he said the offer (15 a month for the s7 edge) was not eligible with the early upgrade, when clearly I could have just done it online myself. So I went home and look online, and my early upgrade eligibility was gone!!! Not to mention they left the line re-activated even after i told them the phone was lost!! Whatever they did, it removed my early upgrade eligibility!! I am pretty sure the guy wanted the extra commission from screwing me out of my upgrade. I had to call customer service for them to restore my early upgrade eligibility. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF SO THEY CAN MAKE MORE COMMISSION.

Wow. Ive been a verizon wireless customer since 2001. Same number and everything. So whenever i went to buy a phone i was assisted and it ttok them almost 3 hours from 6:15pm to like 8:50 pm. The store was about to close and it took them that long up transfer about 50 pictures from one ohone to the other. 50 pictures to be transferred? Easy right? WRONG!!! As if that wasnt enough it took them longer to transfer my 90+ contacts!! That was one. Two was whenever i purchased a new phone for my wife and me he documented me as the primary owner BUT he addded my wife as another line and not the add a line for $9.99. Therefore thanks to him im paying $200+ a month and we have the shared 700 minute plan. Needless to say dont come to this verizon store and talk to Trevor or Trayvon. If u dont recognize him you will by his stinky breath and messed up colored teeth.

BEWARE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE EVER!!! I am a long time 5 year Verizon customer and I have to say this store has the "WORST" Customer Service Ever! The representatives are very rude and also not educated on customer service and how to treat customers. The only thing this company is about is making money and not treating their customers properly. The representatives at this store have no idea about their products and the only thing they know how to do is falsely accuse their customers of bringing in a Verizon phone that was supplied by the company but stating that it they can not activate it because its got water damage when its brand new. I promise you that if you visit this store you will feel the same way. You can go and see for yourself if you want but in my opinion dont waste your time.

Im not really sure why there are such bad ratings about this store. My wife and I went in to start a new plan and transfer her number from AT&T and they were nice and joked around with us. He was very helpful and switched everything over as soon as he could. Also I went in there again yesterday because my phone randomly messed up and Carlos tried to troubleshoot it. Couldnt figure it out, so he put me on the phone with tech support in store. Tech support said they had never seen this happen before and said it would be fixed in 24 hours. On the way out the door Carlos caught up with me and gave me his card and good advice. He also said if they dont fix it we can get them to overnight a replacement. Very good customer service in my opinion and they will keep our business. Thanks guys!!

Im disappointed in both Verizon and this store. I have been a Verizon customer for a while. I bought my last phone with them about 1.5 years ago. I had my current phone paid off and I wanted to buy another phone...since they make us buy the phones at full price now. I was ready to spend $750 on the new S8. The first sales person told me there was a $30 upgrade fee for me to buy my new phone. If I own my current phone, and Im buying the new phone at full price, what the hell is this fee for? No one could tell me the answer. I went to Best Buy across the road and bought a new, unlocked S8 for $170 less! AND they transferred all my contacts, photos, apps, EVERYTHING. AND there was no bonus upgrade fee. Educated Consumer - 1; Verizon - 0.

Verizon is an incredible company. However this location does not train their new hires up to speed. I was assisted by an incompenent represenative, who after an hour and a half, told me he could not help me and I would have to go to the webisite to upload my contacts. Prior to this, this representative also could not efficiently perform a basic exchange. I felt sorry for him. HOWEVER, he was searching newsfeeds on Facebook, and chiming into third party conversations while he was supposed to be assisting his customer. This is inexcusable service.

I went to discuss my plan options, they told me to wait, after a while a customer representative came to me and said; what do you need? Thats not the way to greet your customer, Ive explained what I needed then he asked for my phone number and after checking the account he told me that he wont be able help me with what I needed. he didnt even offer me anything to help out Very bad Customer Service!!!! That one star is for the guy who was greeting customers into the store.

Sandro Gonzalez will lie to you about the contract and youll have to call Verizon to get your money back. Verizon is a great company Ive had for over a decade, but this store and its manager Cleveland Washington will rip you off. Just buy phones and accessories directly from Verizon. Look at the item in the store and then call and order it from Verizon. Its two day shipping and they always waive the activation fee.

The manager was very rude, I tried to get a replacement for a faulty phone 2 weeks old. I had already gotten approval on the phone but this jerk refused to assist me. Even with the extra warranty he wanted me to be without a phone for 3/days while a replacement shipped to the store. Cancelled service due to him

Same as any phone place. You wait, they try to sell you stuff you dont need. In general Verizon service for phone is ok but staff is always changing so if you have an issue you have to explain it over to all the new people.

Called twice to ask a question and was hung up on. Called 3rd time to speak with Mgr and he was just as rude. Not sure what management school this company trains these guys but I WILL NOT be frequenting this place...EVER!

This place although a corporate Verizon store is a scam. Run dont walk away. Get better service at Best Buy across the street. Joe the manager is a joke. Didnt try to help in any way.

Came in here for a new phone. Waited for 15 minutes and no one helped us. Terrible customer service. All the reps were joking around with each other wasting time and being unproductive.
